    The owner of this establishment, Scott R*****, is disgusting. Also, I think he may have fired Maria the last inch of decency left there. I paid for an annual subscription which Scott R***** canceled three months prior to its expiration because I inquired about a lost package. I relayed the sorry excuse provided by Scott R***** to the shipper along with his contact information, and he lied and told the shipper that I had picked up the package. Despite telling me only 15 minutes prior that it was not delivered, and he had not signed for it as indicated, and that the *** often leaves packages in the lobby that he may or may not receive. The next day Scott R***** locked me out of ipostal meaning I had no proof of him never sending me a notification related to the package in question- which would’ve been the case if I had picked it up as he claimed to the shipper. He has also returned all packages received after his temper tantrum back to sender. He’s a terrible business owner. I wish I had read the reviews, if you have the opportunity find somewhere else. While I was standing there two other female customers tried to assist me, which he rebuffed. One of them was very sympathetic and explained that she had been through this with him a couple times before- shocker. The main company ******* will not refund the remainder of my membership fee that I paid, so I am out of the package that was lost ($635) and the money I paid for this stupid membership ($160). I suspect he ******* the sender, assessed its high value and kept my package for himself since it was addressed to a man, my boyfriend, and he initially said that only my boyfriend could pick the package up before finally claiming it was lost -red flag. Let’s not even mention all the times he charged my card for packages that were larger than the allowance or allegedly receiving more packages, even though he loses packages regularly. I was still charged for them over the annual fee that I paid.
