    To benefit patient and public safety, CAQH should be shuttered: as a physician victim of medical identity theft, my CAQH data omits former co-conspirator employers who stole my identity whilst sabotaging my care of skin cancer patients (they died). When I called to ensure my ID was secure (perhaps it was a hospital credentialing broker), I ended up talking to a "CAQH official" located in India: he asked me to verify my identity by confirming my narcotics DEA license. No physician, much less a victim of ID theft, feels secure knowing their DEA license is being brokered oversees. Also, I had many [ID theft] NPI numbers registered with CAQH; did they not notice and report that? Per my online research, Blue Cross Blue Shield partly owns CAQH; BCBS is a co-conspirator for my professional assassination 2014-2015 (strategic litigation against public protest, SLAPP). Please don't reply telling me I should report this to HHS OIG; they were the ones who called me to say, "DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR LICENSE." CAQH is a disaster, FYI.

    Worst experience! It’s been awful for years, slow, clunky, not user friendly. The system wastes the time of professionals trying to navigate and upload documents. And insurance companies don’t even use caqh as it was intended. Get a system that works!!!

    Horrible website...most unfriendly interface ever! I have been a provider using this site for years and it is terrible! This week I have tried for days to upload new user data and the site continually responds with error messages. Customer service says "they are working on it...."

    SO horrible. The customer service reps try, but they don't know the BASICS of their solutions; I get a different answer every time from them AND from their sales rep. CAQH has a reputation for klunky technology, poorly designed from the get go. Great idea, but the poorest of executions.

    Another example of the ADA joining forces with insurance companies against dentist! They never seem to be on our side. This company (CAQH Proview) sucks!! They constantly ask dentist to do the work we pay our administrators to do, causing us to enter information on our personal phones??? I don't mind being asked about my criminal record but entering (2 hours ) information about licences and addresses etc on BAD software that is confusing and does not alway update. I woud be happy to do this at my regular rate. Those are the nicest words I could use, so not how I really feel.

    I can't reattest my providers because of CAQH errors and it is holding up my credentialing for over a month.
