    Let me start off by saying that I HAD been a loyal customer to this black owned business in the Districts ******* neighborhood for a few years now.but that ends today! Everytime I have scheduled an appointment on a Saturday, these folks pull shenanigans. First two were cancelled at last minute, and today I pull up with my partner and the **** doors locked at 10:03am (POV I had a 10:00am appointment). We stood outside in the cold for about 5 minutes after knocking on the door and despite receiving a confirmation text at 9:20am. I even called to see what was going on and was sent straight to vm. Then, on our way to our next scheduled appointment, someone finally calls me back 10:25am, offering no apology but questioning whether I knocked or called. At her feeble attempt to invite me back or reschedule, I simply said I might call yall back to reschedule..but I can tell you f*** naw! Im ova dat tired a** sham of a business-PERIOT!!!

    I find that they are very unpeidessional dishonest people who also takes people for services that were never rendered
