The Washington Times has been delivering the newspaper through United States Postal System to my mailbox. I called and requested them to stop and they said the subscription would end the next day. I have continued to receive the newspaper in my mailbox every day. The mail carrier stuffs it in my box if I haven't picked it up from the paper box. This newspaper is not read and goes directly into my outside trash can every time I pick it up. I do not want it delivered to my home, I do not read the paper, and I have ended the "complimentary" subscription yet they continue to deliver it to my mailbox.

Date of Transaction 9/28/2022. Account Number ********. Amount ********** have subscribed to the Washington Times for several years. This year we have not gotten the paper on many occasions. We call and complain, and they extend our subscription. We made it clear each time we would not accept back papers because the news was old. This year delivery has been sporadic, so we started keeping a record of when we called in July 2022. We called on the following dates: 7/22/22; 8/1/22; 8/9/22; 8/15/22; 8/25/22; 8/26/22; 9/23/22; 9/26/22; 9/27/22. Our subscription was paid through 9/27/22. Despite the many missed papers, we decided to renew the subscription. We received a notice dated 9/13/22 for the amount of $259.70, we paid the full amount, and the check was cashed by our bank on 9/27/22. Since we still had not received a paper, we called on 9/28/22 to cancel the subscription. We were told to call back on 9/29/22 to verify the amount we would receive back. Called on 9/29/22 and were told we would get back $162.20. We disputed the amount since we had not received any papers on the new subscription, and they still had not fulfilled our last subscription. They asked to wait 48-72 hours because it had to be reviewed. We called back on 10/3/22 and was told the refund would be $162.20 without any explanation, again we were asked to call back in 48 hours to confirm amount. Called back on 10/4/22 and asked to speak to a supervisor. I spoke with ********, and she said that $162.20 was all that was left in my account and that was I was getting back, and a check was forthcoming, and she hung up. Each time we asked why not the full amount, and no explanation was ever given. We have not received a paper since 9/22/22. We feel we should receive a full refund because they never received a paper for the new subscription that began on 9/28/2022.
