    This is the first scam that I have ever fallen for. The company presents their page to look very official, but they are not and using them provides nothing but directions on how to fill out and mail the official documents, a process that is absolutely free of charge with the ****************. Like another commenter I believed that my $108 payment was the processing fee for my passport. This is a total and complete scam. Don't fall for it.

    SCAM - refused to discuss scam and refused to issue refund - refused to participate in customer service - blocked me after 1 email refusing any discussion - phone # redirects you back to email

    Website is not transparent and a total scam! I was under the impression that I was paying for a new passport but to later get an email stating I will be receiving application only. I would have to still fill out application and pay additional passport fee. What a rip off! Filing out an application is something that the post office does for free or even the library. Now this scam of a company has my information on file and this is nerve-wracking. Will attemp to file a dispute with Bank tomorrow.
