The company was hired to do an electrical heavy up and install new HVAC System. The Contractor caused a power surge, followed by power outage that destroyed my my therapeutic spa. The joist was damaged, and I have random power outages. Corners was cut by using worn out copper pipes and wiring. Construction and lunch trash was left hidden on premises.
HVAC equipment and QR codes info didn’t match up. Was inefficient rusted, and showed signs of being used and not new. Greenscape charges for expensive models then switches to a cheaper unbranded unit. The hvac was an older discontinued noisy model that kept the neighbors up all night. The warranty was void by manufacturer. During install of the water heater the basement was flooded and my wet and dry vac was used and also broken. Greenscape Energy did not have the tools or knowledge to retrofit an older brick home. Personal property, home ruined. NO HEAT and NO AC I had to buy space heaters to stay warmed. The owner lied and stalled on repairs, said it would be fixed soon. Soon turned into 8 months. The project manager named Modi actually stood my dining room chair to check the air vent and used my paper towels without asking. Remember I said they carry the tools required to do the job. They was sharing screw drivers. The owner Mr. Harris when asked by building inspector, what’s wrong “He stated he didn’t know” I guess the compressor? This company goes by various names Greenscape Energy and Greenscape Environmental Services. **This is a warning. If you don’t want your home value to depreciated with faulty electrical wiring, drafty holes, and uncomfortable living conditions AVOID THIS COMPANY. The top management is unprofessional exhibited a toxic sexist hostile environment in my own home. I was told I read too much, when I questioned the shoddy workmanship and lack of knowledge heat pumps. Beware of companies trying to get rich and scam homeowners using government initiatives on green energy and solar energy.
