Salt Air Homes built me a single family home last year and I can't say enough good about this experience from start to finish. There were couple issues with house but they took care of them quickly. We love our home and highly recommend them.

I bought my home in Sept of 2023 and I love my home and so far have had no problems except little items expected with a new build. They came right out and fixed it for me in timely manner. I highly recommend Salt Air Homes. They have been wonderful to deal with from start to finish.

Salt Air Homes. We purchased one of their homes in Delaware in April, it is now the end of January. On our initial walk through we notified them of MANY issues that they promised to fix. We're still waiting! Our Master Bedroom one of the window seals is broken and the windrow is all fogged up. We had too numerous calls and email to them about the HVAC system. It took almost 6 visits by their HVAC contractor to resolve the problems. In the summer we could not control the humidity, it was always around 70% the house was starting to get moldy. The HVAC contractor said that they had to install a second zone in the HVAC system, so we now ended up with Zone 1 and Zone 2. We were working in Lewes DE and staying in our camper and coming back here on our days off. We walked into the house and the first floor temperature was 101 degrees and the second floor was 124 degrees. I had yo put another thermometer in the rooms since the temperature went above the thermostat temperature readings. We called, they sent a "technician", he spent hours here and said that the zone thermostats were wired wrong. But our humidity was still high. We came back to the house a few days later and it was 101 in the second floor and over 90 on the first floor. Another call and the next tech didn't fix it then they sent another tech, he spent a day and said that the thermostats were still wired wrong. Zone 1 was the Second Floor and Zone 2 was the First floor. So now we are able to at least keep the house comfortable know what controls which floor. Luckily this didn't cost us anything but I called another HVAC contractor to check out the system ($100) to make sure it would work for the winter. The thresholds under the front door and garage door are too high and we get drafts (another initial finding) Our LVP floor is not flat, at almost all the seams on the floor planks are buckled up. We we told it supposed to be that way.
Do NOT BUY anything that Salt Air Builds!
