    I purchased a hearing device to help me with loss of hearing . The hearing aids were to big for my ear canal and not secure at all!!!!!!?? The right hearing aid fell out my ear and I can't find it!!!!! Your company should have replacements available!!!!!!!! I should NOTTTTTT Have to buy a whole nother set and spend the same about of money on your product!!!!!!. I can't afford to buy another set, I just want to replace the ear aid that fell out of my ear. THIS IS NOTTTTTT MY FAULT!
