      We put our sons in Hurricane Martial Arts’ Summer Camp his year and it was AMAZING!! Master Zullo and Ms. Ellen were so accommodating, explained every detail of what we would need for the Camp each day, went above and beyond for all of the children and parents!! They do field trips AND Martial Arts every day!! It has been a miracle for us!! My kids had the time of their lives and met lots of new friends. And I can’t say enough about Master Zullo and how well he works with children-he is amazing! Ms. Ellen makes every part of the Camp so easy and communicates every detail. They both are rock stars!
      We love Hurricane Martial Arts!

      I had signed a contract that stated $230 would be charged ever Monday for 9 weeks for a summer camp. My son’s father decided to take my son out of the camp 3 weeks early, after a disagreement with the owner. I never intended to not pay the last 3 weeks but the company decide to charge me on Thursday $460 ( the day of the disagreement) and Friday $230. Keep in mind the agreement was with my son’s father not me, the one who signed the contract, the ones whoms name was on the card and they had no right to charge me $460 and $230 that same week. It was done in poor taste.

      Hello Ms. ************* and thank you for sharing your frustration about the auto-charge situation with us. Our auto-charge service can only charge the card that they have on file, the one that was given to us. If there is another card that you would like charged instead, please let us know, and we can credit your card.
      And we already credited your card the $230 that went through on 8/5/22. We agree that the charge should not have gone through the next day, so we issued the credit to your card.
      I just received an e-mail alerting me of your review, today, on Friday, 8/12/22. You posted your complaint on 8/9/22, so you had not seen the credit for the $230 yet.
      I hope that the credit back to your card will ease some of your frustration with the situation.
