    This is a resubmit of my complaint:
    Thirteen windows installed August 2023. Installation defects itemized by myself & the county government building inspector September 2023. No response from Window World Delmarva owner (Michael Hayman) nor owner of Window World USA (Tammy Whitworth) post corresponce directed to both of them, post office in Wilkesboro, NC failed to deliver/ascertain reason/offer to check why certified signature-requested correspondence failed to owner WW USA. USA Postmaster General office whom I contacted to help just reiterated that letter to Wilkesboro P.O. not found.

    Window problems: no info pre-install that crew would be independent contractors, two inexperienced boys assisted & needing constant supervision, insulation missing( standard install item) in vulnerable coastal area, bent screens, inside trim bent, gaps, air leakage, minimal/absent caulking, gouge marks interior trim, front window interior unmatched color, property damage, no chute for removed exterior items, contractor refusing to reinstall structural items removed without multiple requests, metal hammers (not recommended tool for window installations) were used, refusal to reinstall interior blinds as promised by administrator, rushed install two days despite requests to not do. How does a company feel no compunction, guilt nor ethics in this abysmal failure to deliver (poor company ratings on BBB) an appropriate installation. I paid thousands. I have never experienced this in my seventy years. Request: full refund of my payment plus correction of the problems with their best installers in physical presence of WW Delmarvaowner. The county building inspector can return after Window World corrects all.

    Window World of Delmarva's Construction Manager, ****** ***** has made numerous calls and left messages with Ms. ****** in an attempt to rectify her issues. To date there has not been a return call from Ms. ******. She may call our office at 302-846-2224 so that we can schedule Mr. ***** to meet with her.

    Hi,I received your information that WW Delmarva had contacted me. That didoccur early on with *** the construction manager. I advised him that I wasobtaining opinions from independent windows installers and other groups (the county building inspector was also here at the house). I had/have nointerest in WW D just coming to the house and providing an arbitrary patchjob. They already dug into my siding and house window frames amongst otherdamages. I told *** during the above phone call that I   did not want to becharacterized as “ just blowing smoke” about what I “thought” I saw in/onthe windows.  In fact, the information on the Internet regarding signs offaulty window installation, matches the defects at my house post install .It has been a valuable process in speaking with experts in windowinstallation and having their visits validate my concerns.So, no the case is certainly not resolved. You drew a conclusion afterspeaking with WW D, that wasn’t checked with me .Sadly, this was nothing buta one-sided discussion with them. But, it does clean up BBB paperwork there,so it can be labeled resolved. This will never be accomplished with thiscompany and you will continue to receive a stream of consumer complaints.Very sad.$10,700 for a rubbish installation. By the way, they have a track recordelsewhere in some prominent government groups.So, hardly resolved.Thank you for your efforts

    It took them a year to install windows, I wasn't told They would be half screens . When The salesman came to Our home they were full screens on the window he presented. and I still Do not have my screen for my sliding door in dining room. I feel Mike the owner should provide me with full screens at no charge for all the inconvenience. I paid in full as soon as the order was placed about a week after gentleman was here with his presentation!
