      Purchase system from Amazon for windows 11 pro but system does not actually come with windows 11 pro but rather an Ubuntu from Dell. Dell pro support does not cover this and will have to return the item. Item was marked as being purchased in United Arab Emirates.

      This company’s Amazon storefront has now changed its name to EliteComputers to avoid accountability. Despite receiving the used laptop they sold me as brand new they have yet to issue a refund. They are actively engaged in further fraud since my purchase. They should be shut down and prevented from further defrauding people.

      Bronze Age LLC is the business behind Azhut storefront on Amazon. This business is actively engaged in fraud and consumer misrepresentation. I purchased a new Lenovo laptop from them with a 1 year factory warranty for the USA. Upon attempting to register the device, I found that it was previously sold in the United Arab Emirates with less than 11 months remaining on the warranty. No warranty for the USA. It was then resold by this business to me. This business and/or its third-party distributor intentionally covered the original manufacturer sticker on the box to disguise that it was made for and sold in the UAE. When contacted, the business wanted me to keep the laptop and offer me a $50 refund for inconvenience. They said the warranty was through their business, not Lenovo (this was not disclosed on their Amazon). Upon leaving the appropriate review on Amazon, I discovered that numerous other customers had been deceived buying resold, foreign computer equipment advertised as factory new with factory warranties. This business should be avoided at all costs.
