    Caveat emptor

    This business is fraudulent and the woman running it is a con artist who takes advantage of elderly people at their most vulnerable. At a time of a huge life transition it should be met with compassion and respect.

    I found this business to help my mother with an estate sale during a grand life transition. It started off good. The owner seemed knowledgable, responsive and professional before and during the estate sale. It made my mother feel trusting and comfortable.
    Fast forward to after the sale- there was no record or log given of anything that was sold at the time of the sale. It was said that everything had to be calculated and a check would be sent in the mail on a later date with extra expenses subtracted out that were not laid out in the signed binding contract. On numerous attempts to contact the owner, suddenly she couldn't be reached. All communication just stopped. And to date my mother has received nothing following up from her sale. Nothing. They just stole all of her things and made a profit off of an elderly lady.

    Jennifer of Estate Nomads is one of the top sellers!!! I’ve never really been to an estate sale before and when I went to this particular one and it was Jennifer Stolz the seller that makes me want to continue to follow her!! She is genuine and makes you feel welcome to come to their estate sales…She helps with carry and securing items to your vehicle.. She is just overall caring and thoughtful..
