    We switched our Delaware registered agent provider earlier this year to another provider after paying for the whole year in advance with Incorporating Services, Ltd. Upon approaching Incserv for a refund, we were told that they would not refund us because their invoice said so.

    This is completely unfair and totally anti- competitive. Obviously their no partial refund for switching policy is not mentioned anywhere on their site to the prospective customers.

    We think we are owed a refund because we are not getting the service from them and in fact are paying another party for the same service!

    We would love to look into this matter but no details were provided for the complaint. Please advise of the client name and invoice so we may research. Lacking these details, we cannot identify what services were provided or provide a reason for the response that they said that they received.

    Thank you for your cooperation and once the information is provided we can provide a more detailed response or reason why a refund would not be issued or, in fact, you are due said refund.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered.There was enough details in the complaint for you look up the matter. Please note that personally identifiable information in the complaint would violate BBB guidelines. Nevertheless, it is invoice #1015346 (client #40545) dated 3/8/2022. The switchover to the other RA was recorded by DE on 3/4/2022, and the filing was completed on 7/18/2022. Regards,
