    I ordered a drawing and a canvas of my family from Turned Yellow. After a lengthy back and forth I approved the final drawing. They sent me the canvas of the one of the drawings within the back and forth, but it wasn’t the last drawing. I want the canvas of the final approved drawing.

    I attached 2 drawings. The one where my dog is cafe brown is the first rendering and not the final drawing but is what I received on the canvas - which is wrong.
    The second attachment with my dog lighter tan in the final approved photo and should have been what was sent.

    Turned Yellow was to provide me with a 12 by 16 horizontal canvas of the illustration they created for me

    The ad that I responded to was on Facebook. It advertised that I would receive my item on or prior to Father’s Day, June 17th 2024.

    The FedEx label was created on 6/10/24 at 11:25pm.
    On my end the status of the package never went past the “label created” stage. When I contacted customer service I was advised that they were showing the item marked “Return to Sender”. I requested a refund and was told that I had to wait for the item to come back to them before they would issue a refund to me. The item never left their offices and I do not agree that I should have to wait any longer to receive my money back.

    Regarding the issue outlined:
    The customer reported that their merchandise order did not arrive. When we checked, it appeared to be lost during transit. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

    That said, the customer requested a refund instead. We followed our standard procedure of awaiting the return of the item before processing the refund. We understand that this process may have caused frustration due to the delay in resolution. After waiting for three days for the item's return, we promptly issued a full refund to the customer.

    For your reference and review, I have attached a PDF document titled "176096 - order & refund details," which provides comprehensive information regarding the order details and proof of the refund issued to the customer.

    We are committed to providing excellent customer service, and we take all customer feedback seriously. We are currently reviewing our procedures to ensure that similar situations are handled more efficiently and that our communication with customers is clear and timely.

    I placed an order with this company on June 5. They promised that services would be delivered within 5 days. They require you to pay upfront before services are rendered. It has been weeks and no action has been taken, no responses to my messages have been given, but they did take my money. I investigated with other customers. Many people have also suffered the same experience — we all paid this company money for a product that was never delivered. No phone number is listed on their website, they have low reviews online, and it seems to be a scam. I would like my money back, but even more than that, I believe this company should be help accountable and should have to pay back all of the customers they have stolen money from.

    We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns raised by the customer regarding their recent experience with our service. We regret any inconvenience caused and sincerely apologize for the delay in processing their order.

    Due to an unexpectedly high volume of orders, we encountered delays in completing orders during the period in question. Despite our efforts to communicate and rectify the situation with the customer, we understand their dissatisfaction and apologize for any frustration caused.

    Upon being notified of the delay, we promptly informed the customer that their order was being processed. However, we acknowledge that this response was not timely enough given the circumstances. Subsequently, we offered a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. Regrettably, we have been unable to issue the refund due to a chargeback initiated by the customer.

    We remain committed to resolving this matter swiftly and fairly. We are prepared to either continue processing the order as originally requested or provide a full refund, depending on the customer's preference. We can only refund the full amount once the chargeback case is closed, we will promptly proceed with the refund process if the customer wants a refund.

    Moving forward, we are taking steps to enhance our service and response times to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us, and we are dedicated to improving our processes to better meet our customers' expectations.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This company should not be allowed to sell any products or, at the very least, they should be required to post a disclaimer on their website about the delay in their production time. Most comments and reviews from their customers reflect the experience I had, and the fact they are allowed to continue to essentially steal from the general public is unacceptable. Yes, a refund was offered, but I had already contacted my bank after the product was never delivered and many emails went unresolved and ignored. It took weeks for them to acknowledge the product didn’t arrive and offer a refund. Again, this is unacceptable. Now I only hope the BBB will stop them so they don’t hurt any future customers.

    I requested a service from this website to turn a picture "yellow". It is basically taking a picture you send in and they make it look like the Simpsons. They responded that the picture was not clear enough. I did not have a clearer picture and did not want any other pictures so I asked for a refund. They declined. Over last few months, this got lost in emails and I forgot about it. Now I want my money back and they are still refusing. I never received my order and they are just offering me a discount on future purchases.
