      I went to this dealership in the evening and picked out a car. I never took deliver of the vehicle which means it never left the lot. I decided the next morning I no longer wanted the vehicle. At that moment I received threatening calls from the salesman all the way up to the manager telling me I need to come pick up my car. I never insured the vehicle. They have been contacted by Toyota and a week later they are still calling me about picking up that car

      I have never complained about a business, this will be a first!
      But I am compelled today, I have been servicing my car with this business for over 20+ years
      In the Last 3months have had 2 visits were they were extremely rude. I complained to a supervisor who was on site.She was very condescending & almost as disrespectful
      I am Nigerian Americans, we take respect seriously, so l guess I have to find another service location
