      I purchased a jeep Wrangler 2013 and this vehicle has been in service with this company since November 2023 .they sold it to me with the intention to repair the hard top roof no repair has been done. I still don't have my vehicle.

      My car didn't startone morning after leaving my key on the on position all night. Everything in my vehicle had shut down and nothing worked. Called Kent County Motors and had it towed from Wilminton to Dover because I had purchased 2 vehicles from them and thought they would be able to help me. This is the short version of my ordeal. they had the car for at least 3 days before they actually looked at my car. I called at least 4 times and was told the same thing we haven't looked at it, we'll call you when we do. On the 4th day they final got to look at it, the mechanic hasn't finished so we will call when he gets done.So I waited. On the 5th day we got a call and was told a list of things that was wrong ,and it was all taken care of which also included a new battery. The car is ready and the price tag for this was $737.70. We didn't okay the job before it was done. Being on a fixed income, that kind of repairs weren't in our budget. One day later after we picked up the car, it stop on us again., it was towed to them and after one one day of exam I was told that I had a fuse block and that would cost me over $600. I told them NOT to do anything else that I would come and pick it up. It now have been 5 days since I picked up the car from Kent repalced the battery that they said was new and I have not had a problem yet.
      I don't know weather or not that the fuse block will go bad, but they are telling me that I can't get a refund from the battery. So what was the $737.70 for, I still can't see the repairs that was done for that price. They have very bad customer service, in my opinion!

      After stopping by to view a vehicle on their lot. I got the typical salesman to come out and greet me and ask if I had any questions. I said I was interested in the truck that I was looking at and he asked if I had any questions. I said the only thing I need to know is what I don't know from the sticker. His response was to let me know that there was a $40000 addition to the vehicle sticker price of $69000 that was not listed online or on the vehicle at anywhere. This is a classic bait and switch.
