    Have a recurring charge from max media ventures LLC for $19.97 a month and want to cancell it but don't remember what this is for.
    Been trying to cancell this for a year now. Not a happy camper

    Is there a zero to rate them? Product was good, BUT they sign you up for a recurring charge of 19.95 for some preferred customer thing. Beware! Evidently it is a pop up ad offering a free flashlight (didn't work) and in "fine print" signs you up for this charge. Partially my fault for not noticing until 5 months later, but definitely a SCAM.

    Scam alert! After ordering, charging, and receiving a compression sleeve, they continued to charge $19.97 on credit card for months. Credit card company informed of scam. Beware of this fraudulent company. Zero rating and don’t order anything or you will be sorry.

    Total scam and fraud. Discovered them billing my VISA account every month for amounts in the $25 range, depending upon the exchange rate. VISA refunded me. I cancelled my credit card and got a new one, which seems to be the best method for stopping the charges.

    Total fraud. I found out (via BBB) that Max Media were criminals and warned Discover Card about them before they ever withdrew something. To no avail.
    Discover let me down. I complained. they 'investigated' and sided with the crooks, Max Media.
    I have now over $100.00 without any merchandize, just 'donated' toMax Media.
    And thanks, Discover, for siding with them!

    This company practices FRAUD. I ordered a few items online back in October of 2023 which they got incorrect and I had to be refunded a few times before they got the order right and the charges were corrected. I recently discovered that THEY signed me up for a monthly membership and charged my bank account in November, December, and January in the amount of 19.97 per month. I noticed the charges when reviewing my monthly bank statements and immediately called them to remedy these charges. I was told by "Meryl" the customer service rep that they could only remove the most recent charge (January) but not the others because they were more than 30 days ago. She informed me that she would send my "request" to her higher ups and that I should receive a call within 48 hours about the situation. I informed her that if they do not refund my money, then I expect to receive a product for the equivalent value because what they are doing is THEFT and that I will be reporting them to the BBB. She informed me that she would close the monthly account immediately (which I NEVER agreed to sign up for in the first place). Thank You

    The cimpany name is "MaxMedia". Not even sure what we bought, but my husband is getting recurring payments of 25$ EVERY MONTH. Someone should shut it down, the whole company. Frauds!!!!

    Scamsters!!! I’d ordered lightbulbs that can charge with sun or while while in use in an electric lamp, which sounded great for power outages. I got charged the same amount again a month later, and still haven’t gotten them to work!! My credit card company sent me a text asking if this new charge was legitimate. Needless to say, I’d ordered only *once* and now have junk AND my credit card closed for over a week until I receive my new card and number. JUST DON’T!!!

    I ordered their product and continued get a charge on my CC monthly. They said I signed up for WEBTV from them I did not agree to this.
    Don't do any business with this company or affiliated companies.

    This company does a great job with online advertising and creating reviews.
    Don’t be fooled…I was
    The order process is a deluge of pop ups and crap offers…
    Then…WITHOUT giving you a review page, they place your order…NO REVIEW…They DO NOT ask if order is OK!!!!!!!!
    Sooo…you get a load of socks and other crap you had no intention of ordering…
    I started the request to cancel immediately, but they have no recourse. They just screw you in….
    Customer service, which is advertised as 24/7, was not available until 8AM.
    I contacted them at that time and was lied to and told it was already shipped.
    Then they disallow the USPS delivery instruction function that would allow you to refuse shipment…
    They figure most folks will just pay up and not bother..
    I told customer service I would take the overpriced knee compressors if they cancelled the other items…to no avail
    This is a despicable bunch…DO NOT BUY!!!!!
