    We purchased an all-inclusive trip to Mexico in June 22 for our anniversary in January 2023. We booked first class airfare, transportation to and from, an excursion, and an ocean front room. All seemed to be going okay but as our departure date was coming closer, ***** seemed to be ghosting my wife more and more. So, about a week before we were supposed to leave, my wife called the resort and was informed that the room had been cancelled on 28 December! Then, my wife called the airlines and was told the same thing! ***** ****** then went into hiding and was not returning phone calls, texts, or emails. She finally reached out to about two days prior to our scheduled departure and claimed that she had no idea what happened. She then booked a room that was a downgrade and booked a flight that was not first class. Mind you, we had already paid for the entire trip back in June/July of 2022. My wife immediately called ***** and cancelled because this was not what we had paid for. We have tried to work with this person since January and all she does is provide one excuse after another. This trip cost just under 6k and all we had been asking is for her to refund our money so we can move on with our lives. Again, she routinely dodges our calls and emails and is failing at doing the right thing.

    We purchased a trip to St. Lucia in September 2022 from Safe Travels. The customer service was awful but my complaint for here (as there are many) is that ***** was supposed to book us an excursion that included a jeep tour of the island that ended with a mud bath IN a volcano, followed by cleaning off in a waterfall. ***** did not book this excursion for us. She booked a jeep excursion that went through a fishing village with no volcano in sight and no mud bath. I have messaged ***** multiple times via email, Facebook messenger and text and she will not respond to my requests for a refund of our $300. There were other issues while we were in St. Lucia and she totally ghosted us as we were in another country seeking her assistance. ***** is very unprofessional and should at least respond to my multiple inquiries.
