    This establishment is a SCAM. Do not do business with them. Wicked Wrenches misplaced the key to my vehicle and took NO responsibility for it. They are unprofessional and hire unskilled employees to work on your vehicle. A police report is forthcoming. You will not push your responsibility on me.

    Horrible place. They do not know what they are doing when it comes to working on a car. You will get your vehicle back worse off than when you dropped it off. They withhold pay from their employees which is illegal. I don’t know how these people are still in business! Don’t get ripped off by these people, run as fast as you can.

    DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED HERE. VEHICLES IN LOT ALSO A RED FLAG. CHRIS THE OWNER IS DISHONEST. WILL CHARGE YOU OUTRAGEOUS PRICES AND NOT EVEN INFORM YOU. NO PROFESSIONALISM HERE. WE HAD TO TO TAKE OUT A LOAN TO PAY. HE IS NOT A MECHANIC WITH GOOD ETHICS!

    This place is absolutely horrible! They lie and cheat people including their employees. They illegally withhold wages and think it’s okay to threaten people. Do not use this place!

    If I could give 0 star I would. The driver towed a car from my residence and lost the keys. Instead of owning up to it, he stated my daughter did not give him the keys. I was there and witnessed the whole thing. Now I don’t have keys for the car and the company is refusing to pay for master key replacement. The switchboard lady basically told me she believes her husband over what I witnessed.
