  Purchased a Kenworth from this joke of a place back at the end of December 2022. i've had it 6 mnths and it's been in the shop and other shops 3 months out of the 6 months. They offered to buy back less 10 grand that I owe when i've put almost 10 grand of "extras" on the truck. This last time they've had the truck going on 3 weeks. told me will be done the end of next week and if we don't make the payment on it and come get it when it's done it will be immediately taken to an auction before our lawyer can reach out to them. See American finance that is with them told us to pay just the interest last month due to it being in the shop. This time they've both threatened to take it to the auction. tell me how does one make payments when the truck has not been on the road enough to make money. the first week we had it, it had to be towed to their shop. then from there it's been something every month. Pretty common to low ball when they know what we put down and what we owe. will never ever deal with these companies again. and anyone i know what mentions them .....please go somewere else.

  Hello, Mr. Wheatley. We apologize for any inconvenience. One of our goals is to ensure pleasant experiences to all our customers.
  The initial complaint concerned the transmission module, which was indeed repaired under the warranty. However, it appears that some of the damages were not covered under the warranty due to user error. For example, according to the mechanics, a good bit of damage was done by repeated misuse of the truck’s power divider. However, we worked alongside the finance company to goodwill and cover a significant portion of the repairs to the truck.
  Furthermore, when you purchased the truck, it had a warranty that lasted 12,000 miles. You have driven over 27,000 miles since the purchase of the vehicle, meaning that the vehicle has been consistently on the road. The mileage when purchased was 541,183, while the mileage once the truck was brought to us this most recent time was 568,551.
  In regards to the threat of repossession, we are only the dealership. Repossession would be done at the behest of the finance company. We urge you to stay in communications with them.

  Me and my wife purchased a 2013 International 4300 from EZ Finance Trucks. We were sold a commercial vehicle (box truck), that we have barely been able to drive. Truck has an issue that can possibly break down the vehicle. Also it burns excessive fuel. I’ve been in the industry over 10 years and I never drove a box truck that burns fuel almost instantly! Truck was sold to us with an warranty. But twice now I’ve had to take truck to the shop and one of those times same issues was supposed to had been fixed by EZ. We found out through operation of the vehicle that obviously those issues weren’t addressed. Me and my wife business is new but yet we cannot reap the benefits of being in business because constantly our truck is “down” in an shop! And now EZ does not want to honor the “warranty” for something that was not fixed the first time and that was sold to us like it is! Very frustrating to have a business and cannot do because what’s needed is not operating correctly!!!
