    Extremely overpriced. For my dog who is 8 pounds she charged 100 dollars and completely shaved him without my permission. He is all red and his skin is irritated It seems like she is always in a hurry when leaving and doesn’t want to answer the questions. Don’t waste your time with her I would go to someone who is more qualified.

    Overpriced and under-qualified. This woman groomed our Westie three times. Twice she shaved her to her skin without our permission. The last time she left two cuts on her and never acknowledged it. She is always in a hurry and seems disinterested in taking care to do a quality job. When we cancelled our future appointments her only response was "OK." No questions as to why. Personally, I don't believe she really knows how to groom my particular breed or perhaps she has too much business and doesn't care about quality service. Regardless, she will never touch our dog again.
