    This company stole my $300 gift card. Sent me an email with confirmation number and said they would respond in 8 hours. The money has been taken off of the gift card and no response from the business at all.

    I submitted the request to have a gift card exchanges for cash and got the reference number and was told to wait 8 hrs to get an email to see if my request was approved or not and after 8 hrs nothing so I have sent a few emails and tried their online support chat and nothing from them.

    So sold a 50 dollar walmart card 5 days ago got the first email and havnt heard anything else from them been emailing and getting no response order number CGC-724400086

    Submitted 4 gift cards to be redeemed by the company and paid cash for. Have not received any payment and when I went to use the cards, they had all been used.

    I submitted a form on their website cashifygc.com to sell a home Depot gift card for $100. I received confirmation email stating they had received my form and that they would send me an email in 8 hours letting me know how the process was going. Never received anything after but my gift card was used down to a $0 balance on a few transactions

    The website cashifygc.com is a scam. They steal your gift cards you think you are selling to them. Something needs to be done about them. They need to be shut down immediately.

    i put in to get a quote on selling a gift card and they removed all of the money from it without a payout or me approving the transaction

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Cashifygc for unresolved issues concerning a $550 Apple gift card I sold to them. On April 18, 2024, I transferred my gift card to Cashifygc with the expectation of receiving payment within 8 hours as promised by their service agreement. Unfortunately, weeks have passed without receipt of the promised funds.

    Upon confirming with Apple, it was verified that the gift card had been redeemed the next day after submission to Cashifygc. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I have received minimal and unhelpful responses. The most recent communication from them asked for my full name, which seems irrelevant as my customer reference number (CGC-152158060) should suffice for locating my transaction in their system.

    Furthermore, I noticed that Cashifygc has posted on their site about a "brief delay in our payment processing from April 29th to May 7th due to server migration." However, my transaction and initial inquiry predate this period, and thus should not be affected.

    Given these circumstances, I feel compelled to pursue further action, including possibly involving law enforcement to investigate the transaction, as suggested by Apple's guidelines. I am filing this complaint to seek your assistance in resolving this matter as Cashifygc's lack of response and failure to process my payment is unacceptable and potentially indicative of fraudulent behavior.

    I look forward to your prompt intervention in this matter to facilitate a fair resolution.

    There website claims that they buy gift cards and will pay your for them within 8 hrs after submitting the cards. I submitted my card to them on 4/23/24 and they redeemed the funds on the card and never paid me for it. I have reached out to their support email everyday and tried to chat with them on their website via their chat when it states that they are online to chat and they will not respond to me at all. It has been a total of 9 days since they stole my money and I want paid or reimbursed for the card
