I sent my gift card to be sold on 4/21/2024. They used the funds completely on 4/22/2034. I have emailed them 7 times and chatted in 10 times and the only reply from “Jack Smith” was that he would reply to me. I just want the money promised or gift card refunded immediately.Initial Complaint

I sold this company a gift card from Amazon for $125 conformation number CGC-281896469. Despite me filing a complaint against them on trust pilot they acted like they would finally pay me but never did so
... The person was also very rude to me on the review page... Which in turn caused me to be rude back.... They ripped me off and stole my giftcard and promised me 200$ if I could prove they were the ones at fault. I have very good evidence to support that it was indeed their wrong doing but they still have not paid me!Initial Complaint

On April 18th I was scrolling thru sites looking to sell my gift card and I stumbled upon this site called cashifygc.com they advertise sales of gift cards and that they buy them aswell so I submitted my home depot gift card that had $300 dollars they then messaged me prompting me that they will get back to me within 8hrs so I then waited and noticed the following day that my gift card was being spent I messaged the website about this and they are yet to get back to me they've spent all my money and now they're dodging me they've done this before to me last year of November for $220 I thought it was the walmart app that were responsible for this but no it's theses scammers from cashifygc.com I want my money back from theses assholes can you guys please help meInitial Complaint

I submitted my kohls giftcard for $200 and only received the initial email with my confirmation number CGC-489374651. Now it's been over 4 days and they took the money off the card but did not pay me nor will they respond to emails or their support chat on the website. They falsely advertise you will be paid within 24 hours and convince you that tons of people have had great reviews but I have not experienced anything good from this company. On April 5th 2024 I submitted a form to sell a $190 Starbucks gift card. I received an email stating that within 8 hours I would receive another email with payment details and that if I did not receive another email the card was not accepted. On April 6th I checked the balance of the card and it had been wiped out. Zero balance. I never received any confirmation that the card was accepted or any payment for the card. I have tried to contact customer support and only got a response on a review I left to which they told me " thank you you don't need to use us again" they have essentially stolen my gift card and have offered absolutely no assistance or shown any interest in correcting the issue.Initial Complaint

I reviewed the gift card from Cashify GC website and I exchanged an Apple gift card for $500. The website states that they will contact me in 8 hours and when I checked the gift card the balance was $0.00. I did the transaction on 3/19/24, no one is responding to my emails, and the transaction number is CGC-451056121. Thanks in advance. Upon clearance I will update my review status.

I have not received received payment or email from the Cashify GC. Cashify GC is not a good business and did not honor and basically stole from me regardless knowing they cleared the gift card and sent NO payment to me.
FRAUD ALERT!!!!!!!!!!
Also, if payment is not made by 3/29/24 I will post this on every social media and run ads promoting this on TikTok ??. This is a horrible experience and you are very unprofessional!
