    I made a return to Walmart and received a $500 Walmart gift card because I was in desperate need of the funds. I submitted all the information Cashify GC required and received an automated follow up email from [email protected] stating that they received everything and I would hear back in 8 hours with the payment. 2 hours later I got another email saying that I needed to scratch off the back of the card, detailing the last 4 digits and code. Me being desperate, I did what was asked abs resubmitted the information and received the same follow up email from support saying that I would hear back in 8 hours. The next day i checked the gift card and it was told that the remaining balance was $2. I immediately reached back out to Cashify GC and their response was "we will look into this and get back to you".

    March 19, 2024 is when i reached out to Cashify GC with the gift card information. And it is now March 30, 2024 and I have not received even a cent of what I paid and i still haven't heard back from the company since March 23, 2024 when they said they would look into it.

    On March 30 2024 I was told after 8 hours my information would be processed. I sent a gift card of $511. I was told I would get $470 .I checked my Best buy gift card and it had $11. I would like to get my money back and have this company shut down for robbing folks. My reference number CGC-273211601.

    On March 19th at approximately 10:30 a.m. I sold my Nike gift card and was sent the email telling me that I will receive a corresponding email in 8 hours within a 8 hours I check my gift card it was $0 on my balance and I cannot get no support from this company today it has been 7 days still no response I did everything to try to get my money back and it's nothing happened I just want more money for what they took I needed the money to pay a bill and the services was cut due to this I recommend anybody who goes to this site to file a complaint with the fraud department I just want my money back

    I sold my $300 Vanilla Gift Card on March 15th. It was a new card, with the reciept uploaded. I got an email stating the form was completed and if I did not receive an additional email in 8 hours my card would not be processed. I did not receive the follow up email. I checked my balance and everything was gone except $.02. I contacted Vanilla and they said to contact authorities. I'm worried the money is just gone and if I don't receive payment soon this might be the only option.

    I have tried the support chat, but it does not work. I have emailed their support email daily with no response.

    Sold a macys gift card for $99.09 and they wiped all the money off the card and never paid me for it. I’ve reached out several times with no luck. I want my money or the funds returned to the gift card

    We submitted a gift card for trade with this company. The gift card we submitted was a $260 home Depot gift card. They offered $202. We accepted the offer and provided the information to the card. From there, they stopped responding and all of the funds were liquidated from the gift card. Our attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful. I left a review on Trustpilot as multiple others have. The company responded to my my review stating they were not going to remit payment to me to basically make true my accusation of them being a scam.

    This company took the money off a gift card that I was trying to sell to them and used it on line . I had 984.81$ on a Nordstrom card a returned a jacket that they would only put on a gift card I chose Cashify GC I now have $4.81 on the card they were to put it on my pay pal account and I have nothing I can’t call them I did email them but haven’t heard I tried to. Chat with them and they knock me out of the conversation when they see it’s me

    I submit the form to have my $200 Nike gift card evaluated and once that passed I’d get 180 something sent to my chosen account…submit the form I then got a email that said wait for 8hrs for a email that will tell you when to expect payment but if you don’t get the email it didn’t go through..I submitted that on Sunday March 3 2024 still no deposit or email but checked my gift card today(March 5 2024) and the gift card only has 50 something cent left on it

    On 2//7/24 I submitted 2 -e-gift cards to Cashifygc for sell. $500 Ulta $172.50 Door Dash
    I was told per email I would receive confirmation in 8 hours. I did not. I attempted to contact "*****" via the support email and also the "live chat". (Live chat is a joke and there was never any chat of any kind at any time of the day, I attempted many times) Approximately 2/14/24, I received an email stating they had servers down and would contact me when they were up. The next day I received an email stating both of my gift cards had been approved and were awaiting processing.
    I never received my payment, and when I stated my experience on another website to warn others, "*****" replied with the excuse that my Ulta card couldn't be processed because the vendors account was locked after using my card??? What does that even mean? Except that you used my card and could not get that last dollar off? I checked. The money has been removed. And you are the only one besides me with the information.
    The reply went on to say the Door dash card could be processed so if I wanted the payment for one card they would do it!!!! SERIOUSLY???
    Honestly people, please heed my warning. Do not use this business. They will steal your money. I have no clue how they are still allowed to conduct business. Very disappointing *****. And I plan on letting any and everybody know that your company has no integrity.

    January 16 2024 iI had Apple gift card for $250.00. Cashifygc and their website advertised you'll get money within 24-48 hrs if I sold them the card online. Well I even waited 15 business days.. which still haven't received anything and today is February 23 2024!
