Cashifygc is a complete scam!!! They advertise that they buy unused gift cards and deposit the money in your account within 24 hrs. It’s a lie !! All of it ! They have gift cards of mine totaling $250. I haven’t received a dime. They won’t return a call or email. The cards have been cashed in so they used them & never paid me. I turned in a Walmart gift card on 2/14/24 @ 8:30 pm to cashifygc.com. I included a pic of their proposal of cash for the card. They proceeded to take all of the funds off of my card and not give me any money or anything else in return. The only contact I got from them was the first email stating it was turned in successfully and giving me a reference #. I tried emailing their support team 5 different times, I even tried to use their live chat, the problem with that is it did not run in real time so it's essentially like sending an email. I did let 2 of those messages go through to them also, no response. I am very upset this website scammed me out of my hard earned $ meant for my children. It's very frustrating to not be able to get anyone to help me, so I'm hoping you may have some luck in helping me recovering my
funds. I've spent literally hours on the phone getting the run around from Walmart on what to do to try an recover any of my $. People are disgusting that do these types of things they don't realize that some people have limited means, live by them and we don't rob people to make out! I hope that even if I get $0, people will see this review and make a better choice than I did!Initial Complaint

This person buys gift cards in trade for cash money and their website says that they will pay you out within 24 hours and I provided not only the gift card, the gift card number and the receipt to show that I had $500 on the card I expected a prompt payment. I also sold a $224 gift card and received payment for that but not the $500 gift card That was promised a $460 payout. It has been two weeks just about and that is well over 24 hours. I mean that’s almost 14 24 hrs.. the transaction date was on February 3 and I have all the emails that I have sent to this business and all the emails that have been sent back to me and I cannot get a hold of them to save my life. They don’t have a phone number and email is their only method of contact and I have literally emailed almost every single day for the last two weeks. I am at a loss of words of what to do and I am rather pissed off now and I just want my promised $460 or whatever it was. I do not want to take this matter into court but if I have to I will because you’re stealing from me. The worst part about it is, the simple fact that they took the money said $500 off the card the very first time or very first day I mean that I submitted this transaction to them so I am definitely owed something of nature. This is just quite my blowing and quite ridiculous and I will never use them again after I get my payment I thought that they were a legitimate company but maybe that needs to be looked into again. There is even an email in there that you can read that says your payment will be completed tomorrow. They never stated that it would only be one of the payments. On 2/06/2024 I found cashifygc's website through a Google search. I sought out an offer and decided to go with their company I sent any images of my card and receipt like required and got an email giving me this reference number CGC-875859953. They never contacted me like they said they would they ask you what kind of payment I would like I chose zelle. I checked my card the following day and it had been drained . But they never paid. The gift card was Walmart for $72. I tried multiple times to get through to them they don't have a number listed so I did it to their chat, which no one answers. January 22, 2024 I went on the website to sell a $100 Walmart gift card. I gave them the gift card information and got a confirmation email in return my confirmation code was CGC-008272426
I didn't hear anything else or receive any more for my gift card but my gift card was then EMPTIED and now has a balance of $0 and they were the only people given the card numbers. And when i reached out to them in regards to the issue i received ONE response and never heard from them again and i have reached out multiple times! I want my $100 returnedInitial Complaint

I was looking to sell my $500 Hotels.com Gift card and I came across the website cashifygf cards and I got a quote right away like it and said I would and he told me I would get a confirmation letter well they basically stole my gift card and gave me nothing in return and will not respond to any of my emails or count is the temperature try to contact them about their business practices they’re disgusting for doing what they did I want a absolute full refund of $500 if not more for compensation from these people I’m not sure what steps to take other than this day. GC-990101480: I tried to sell a Visa gift card to this company on Monday, 2/5/2024. I submitted all of my information to them and received a confirmation email at 7:57 pm CST. I was told that I’d receive an offer within 8 hours and if I didn’t receive any further communication, my card didn’t meet their parameters.
I never heard anything back, so I assumed they didn’t accept that particular card. The next day, I tried to use the card only to have it declined.
Well, many phone calls later, I found out that the card had been used to purchase concert tickets in Denver (I live in Alabama) at 9:36 pm MST on February 5…less than 2 hours after I provided Cashify GC with all of the pertinent card info.
Needless to say, I’ve filled a dispute, gotten all the copies of the fraudulent transactions, as well as copies of activity from my ISP showing that I never visited the website these tickets were purchased from.
Tried chatting with CGC; of course it didn’t work. No answer to numerous emails. Of course, now that I have a US address, I can go to the local police and file theft and fraud charges.

On January 26th 2024 I sold a $100 dollar vanilla gift card to this company, I received an email right after with a reference number, Everything seemed legit. Until I heard nothing back from them for days, I check my gift card balance and sure enough they took the $100 from my gift card. I emailed the company multiple times and finally received an email saying “We’ll look into it” that’s it. So I told them they had until Monday to give me my money, well Monday February 5th 2024, came still no money. So I emailed them, Letting them know I would be filing theft charges, Finally after that they email me and I end up getting $87 from them to my PayPal. After this experience I started doing research on this company and I learned they have done the same to others, except others never got their money back. I believe they only reason I received the $87 is because they did not want me to contact the police. The response they sent after they finally paid me is incredibly unprofessional.
