Date of the original transaction was 12/18/23. I was attempting to sell my $100 Amazon gift card, as I was between jobs and needed gas to get my son to a surgery he had coming up in the next two days. This website claims same day payment. Which is very false. I was quoted $78, the quote was higher if I had the receipt of purchase, it was a gift so I did not. Upon imputing my information into the requested fields and hitting submit, the page refreshed and gave no clues or confirmations they received my info. Shortly after I then recieved a confirmation email stating they were working to verify the info I submitted and I would receive an email in 8 hours if it was approved and they were moving forward with the transaction. It also stated if I didn’t receive an email, then unfortunately they weren’t able to move forward with the transaction. I never received an email. A couple weeks go by and I decide I’m going to just keep the card but to my surprise, Amazon told me that the balance of my card had already been added to a different account. So now I’m sitting here with a $0balance on my once $100 gift card to amazon and I was never paid.. I reached out to Cashify I. Jan 18 2024, and recieved a response from James smith stating they would look into the situation. It is now Feb 3 2024 and I have sent two more emails following up with no reply. This company stole $100 from me, and didn’t even blink an eye.Initial Complaint

On 01/21/2024 I attempted to sell a gift card to Cashifygc.com, it was a Best Buy gift card for $462.23, they asked for the amount and a picture of the front and back of the card, sent me an email stating I should hear something with in 8 hours and if not then my card was not accepted. A couple of days later something just told me to check my balance on my gift card and sure enough it had a balance of $0. I have tried reaching out, asked for a phone number, now they will not respond to any of my communication and will not return my money. This is my Reference Number is: CGC-938537623Initial Complaint

On 01/15/2024 at 7:10PM I went on www.cashifygc.com to sale a $50 Sephora gift card with original receipt. I was supposed to receive a total of $46 in as little as 24 hours and it was to be sent to my PayPal email ******************** . I filled out and completed correctly the forms needed and sent them in to the website. Within 5 mins I received an email stating that I would receive an update within 8 hours to update me with the situation. 3,4,5,6,7 days went by and I haven't heard from the company at all. On a daily basis I contact the company instant customer service chatbox about at least 5 -8 time a day and keep getting the same message, "we will contact you back shortly". AND I send the company at least 2 or 3 customer service emails a day and get no response. After 8 days of no contact from the company I finally receive an email stating "I will receive my payment within 24 hours". (And I can show proof of that email). It's now been 2 or 3 days since that email and still nothing. And I've been contacting the company on a daily basis and won't get a response back. There doesn't seem to be a phone number to call the company at all, only an email. When I went to see if the company had taken the amount off the gift card yet, I had seen that they had indeed taken the money off the gift card. So the gift card is useless to me now and I also don't have the cash that I'm owed from them. It was very very important that I receive that money so I can pay my bills.Initial Complaint

On January 23rd 2024 I contacted the business to sell my $100 Amazon gift card to they sent me an email stating that they will get back to me in 8 hours today January 24th 2024 I received the email from Amazon stating that my gift card has been redeemed and so I contacted the business again stating that they have redeemed my gift card but had not compensated me for it and up until this point I've sent several emails and no response and they have cashed in my gift cardInitial Complaint

On 01/09/2024 I submitted 2 gift cards to cashify gc to process for cash payment of $1000 Transaction was approved. The cards were processed and have a 0 balance immediately but I have not received the $1000 payment. I have contacted the company several times via email to a Mr ***** ***** and customer support with no resolution.Typically there’s no response. If I do get a response it is “we will look into it” or “we will take care of it” but nothing has been resolved. It has been 2 weeks. I do have receipts for both gift cards and have contacted the company to cancel but as I said they immediately $0 out the balance on both of the $500 gift cards for a total of $1000.Initial Complaint

I submitted my Walmart gift card information to cashifygc it had a balance of $78 they sent me an email saying that they got my information and they will reply back in eight hours. I reached out to cashifygc on 1/11, to sell an Amazon gift card. I was quoted $234.00 for a $300 gift card. The email stated that I would either receive funds via PayPal within 8 hours or receive an email that my request was declined. After waiting 24 hours I reached out to follow up and was told it was being researched. I follower up again after 48 hours. At that time I checked the status of my gift card to find the balance had been taken and no funds deposited. I have reached out to Cashifygc multiple times and received no response. This company is absolutely running a scam.
