    Same story as nearly everyone else. Eight hours to tell me whether or not I had been approved no email sent and both of the gift cards I put up have been drained. Absolute ripofff. I just emailed them. Best I can do is blow them up online-I have a fairly sizable following so it should help to get the word out atleast.

    On May 22nd I turned in a gift card for $100. I got a typical email back saying they’ll get back to me in 8 hrs. Never heard back but yet they were so quick to take the balance of my gift card! I emailed them 3 times and all I received back was a email saying they’d look into it??????? I NEED ANSWERS!!! Where’s my money?!

    On April 16 I gave them the gift card. It is now May 15 and I haven’t heard anything. Can’t get ahold of anyone other than James Smith and he has been no help whatsoever.
    This is an absolute scam. Don’t trust a thing they say.

    If I get paid (which I won’t), I’ll change this review immediately.

    It’s not allowing me to put my reference number in.

    I waited the 8 hours to find out if they approved my $200 gift card for Macys to be sold. I never received an email and the card was empty. I haven’t received anything back in response. This is sickening.

    DONT SELL TO THEM!! they crooked me out of 500$ in apple cards were supposedly supposed to give me 460$ and still didn’t not and its been almost a month since!! Got my referral numbers and all wish i would have never done this i really needed the money to keep from going to jail!!

    On 4/24/24 I submitted my lowes card and 8 hours later is was 0 00 and still haven't received payment if you going to take money off the card then you need to pay out. False advertisement doesn't pay within 24 hours ,chat doesn't work and James Smith doesn't answer emails. James Smith must be the only customer service answering emails. Cashify wouldn't have so many bad reviews if they didn't advertise pay out within 24 hours. I will be reporting them to the federal trade commission cant offer a product and don't delivery the service I think I have enough Trust pilot and BBB complaints to prove my case. Cashify will have to prove to them that they do payout within 24 hours -from the looks of it they don't pay anything out in 24 hours and they remove your money so they have you stuck. That is only way they are getting business is becuae of false advertisement.

    This company is a scam. Still haven’t received payment. No response from company.

    Submitted a Mastercard gift card. The funds from gift card were taken out that day or the next. The payment via cash app has not been received and I have not received a response to any online chats or emails. but ready to take other steps if necessary.

    Checked the balance on my card, it shows .49 left and spent somewhere in Atlanta. Getting ready to dispute transaction and make it as fraud. I’ve been emailing the support email. I still haven’t received anything. It’s been a week-2 weeks now.

    Currently waiting for payment for a doordash card. Claims there is same day payment, if not same day, then next day. Looking on this site I'm seeing people who are weeks without payment. Absolutely insane! My Ref is CGC-5268 83 526. I guess I'll be waiting weeks for my payment also? I wish I never used this service. The live chat operator closes the chat on you without answering you. I've tried to use live chat over 20 times but they keep closing the box and making me redo it over and over again and never reply. I really don't see what the big deal is about the wait time. You get the card, you see it has the funds, you remove them. Then what? Why the super long wait? Why don't you pay us when you remove the money from the Gift card? I am waiting on a cashapp payment and I doubt I'll receive it. I seriously don't see what the deal is with the wait times. Really unprofessional to state one thing on the site, but then it be completely different in reality. Where I come from that's known as false advertising. If you have large queues of cards, then simply do not claim that you will take care of orders within 24 hours if you can't! Your BBB and trustpilot is full of bad reviews because of your own actions! You can't expect for people to wait and wait and wait while you have already taken and spent the money on the card. What do you expect to happen? Of course you will get bad reviews if you are inconsistent about your turnaround time.

    Id like to start by giving negative stars. March 18 I filled out the cashify website for redeeming 500$best buy gc for the agreed 460$. I supplied receipt and credit card images. Was told it would be 8 hours or 24 hours, or in between. Yet the 20th rolled up and I saw nothing. I then emailed support and surprising answered by James smith that he would find out after suppling the info. I realized after few days and then an empty best buy g.c that I was dooped. I have written James everyday since March 20 and have nothing to show except for a blank best buy card w 0.00 on it. I wish I had looked deeper into reviews. So don't be stupid like me. Don't give your money away.
