    It appears that I've been ripped off in a similar manner as stated in the other complaints. They offered $195 for my $250 Nordstrom gift card, I received the initial email outlining the process/timeline, but no response to my attempts at online chat/emails. Then as I started to look at other options for selling this card, I discovered the balance is now $0.00. Thieves!

    Submitted a $225 Apple Gift Card via their form on 3/26/24. It was redeemed by them and I haven’t received payment or a second email. No communication whatsoever I don’t understand what is going on. I just want to be paid.

    DONT TRUST- FOR EXAMPLE I PUT IN FORM AND BEST BUY GIFTCARD FOR 500$. WHEN YOU REALIZE THAT ITS BEEN TAKEN AND ITS GONE. THAT SUCKS. SELLING YOUR GIFTCARD GIFTS ALWAYS STINKS BUT EVEN WORSE WHEN ITS STOLEN AND NEVER PAID FOR BUY CASHIFYGC.COM

    Company is a rip off.i had a Nordstrom gift card to get rid of,they offered to buy it.so I said ok..a 500 gift card.i never got paid, the card now has a 41 dollar balance and when I asked about it on their chat line the guy cut me off

    Same issues as everyone. No communication from them other than initial email stating they would get back to me in 8 hours.
    My 250 dollar IKEA card was drained and no payment or response from this company. Do not recommend doing business. Clearly they are scammers and thieves.

    This company is a joke
    They took my money off of my gift card. The day I submitted my card information and it's been 1 week even though their website says paid the same day I have yet to receive payment and they will not respond to emails

    $500 stolen by CashifyGC....
    I submitted all required information through the website, then received am email stating that i would hear back with 8 hours with the next step to receiving my pay for a $500 gift card. I heard back from a James Smith telling me to scratch the back of the gift card as they can not process it without knowing the last 4 digits of the card, then resubmit the required form. I did this and haven't heard anything since. I checked my gift card and they took $498 of the $500...I looked into this service because i took some things back to walmart so that i could sell the gift card then exchange it for cash to keep my home electricity from being disconnected. As of today, 3/21/2024 my power of disconnected and now I'm out of $500.
