      I booked and paid a $2500 deposit for a wedding on 10/4/24, I emailed to cancel the wedding just WEEKs after the deposit had been made and the venue would not refund a dollar of the money spent. They will make the date 10/4/24 available for the public to then book, keeping my deposit and obtaining full payment for the new wedding booked. With the wedding being a full YEAR out the associate I spoke with would still not offer any type of refund. I was told the owner would be available for me to speak to at 11am and 1pm, I called promptly at 11am Monday morning, the owner was not available, and I was told I would receive a call back. It has now been 24+ hours with no returned call. Which I should have expected since it took over a week and TWO emails sent, to respond to me stating I needed to cancel the wedding. the amount of money this venue charges, they should be available during their business hours to respond to their customer's emails! Communication is horrible, and they like to rip people off! I am so glad I am not giving another penny to this business!
