on 11/06/2023 I placed an order for a Voltex Heated vest at $59.99, a fast charger for $14.99 and a 1yr warranty for $9.99. The vest arrived on or about 11/08/2023. It contained only a packing list, no instructions, information about questions, concerns or the procedure for returns. The size stated it was a Lg even though it states it is a Small. The phone number present on the packing list is " Invalid." I quickly discovered that the vest is ill fitting even though it states it's large is a small. It also does not hold a charge. It turns on/off but that is it. I had major chest wall surgery several days later, and ended up with an infection further delaying my search for valid information to request a return of this product. On 12/07/23 I finally located a support email address for the Daily Wire Deals and contacted them about the procedures for a return, that I was not satisfied with the sizing, and the vests inability to hold a charge. I was informed that I was not eligible for a return as it was now outside the 30 days, which it was not unless you go by order date, not received date. And since I had purchased a 1yr warranty, why would it still not be covered by that warranty? The next email informed me that the vest did Not come with a battery and one had to be purchased separately. All ads I saw said the battery was included, battery chrgr was not. Emails to the company continue to disregard my complaints, my purchase of a warranty and refuse to allow me a refund. If they were on the up and up, why would not contact info be included with the item? The phone number is invalid! Why disregard my purchase of a warranty, and the ads saying product includes a battery? I want to return the product for a full refunds of product, charger and warranty.

On October 16, 2023 at approximately 4:55pm. I ordered online one gutterhero room Smart Home & Garden for $89.97. The item was defected, it leaked profusely. I advised company. Company stated to send back for refund but I would have to pay the return fee. The return fee was $44.64! About have of what I paid to purchase it. But upon them shipping it, it only cost them $9.99. I feel that this company is a scam. I requested a refund for item and shipping cost. I keep receiving the same email to return item, but shipping would be at my own expense! I find this is remarkably unfair and unprofessional. I basically paid for shipping for a defective item I no longer have but still had to pay an enormous price to return it. The company only spent $9.99 to ship it! I want a full and complete refund!
