    I ordered a paint kit and a frame in Nov, and it still has not arrived. I’ve traded numerous emails, all to no avail in getting my items. First they were hung up somewhere in China. Since they reached the USA, they’ve been hung up somewhere. I was told that I’d receive my package within a week (around Christmas time). Nothing. The last tracking number that I was given by a representative at lori’s paint (always polite and apologetic) shows that my items do not have sufficient postage and will not be delivered. That person told me that they would be contacting the courier. As of today, the update is the same … won’t be delivered.

    I don't have anything bad in particular to say about the company. I just would have liked more of an update when I ordered something. My experience was this: I had ordered one of the kits, a few weeks in advance, hoping to receive it in enough time for Christmas because the website had said it would be here. I did not receive the kit till at least a month after Christmas, and ended up having to go another route. When I received the kit, It was fine I just would have liked an update that it was not going to be here in time. I'm aware this is months late for a review, but that was my experience.

    I had a good experience and a bad one. The first painting was great and looks amazing. The second one, all the paint colors were way off. Everything was so much darker, it made the Caucasians in the photo look like African Americans. Mistakes happen so that by itself would not have been a huge issue if they took some responsibility and provided a new set of paints. I was not even asking for a new canvas as I could paint over what was already done. However, their customer service was non-existent. All emails and attempts to contact them were ignored. After reaching out on social media, I was blocked. They did not want to accept any responsibility or deal with the issue. Reading some of the other comments, it seems their MO is to just block and ignore people. There were no threats or rude messages, just a polite request for the paints to be corrected. I would have been buying a lot more of these as I love to paint and would have been giving them as gifts, but now I will be finding a more reputable site that has some semblance of customer services.

    I cannot recommend lori's paint enough to all my friends and family! I have already ordered 4 custom kits from here and they are all amazing. The customer service is also top notch. They are always very friendly (thank you Christine!) and help me with any issues I have. I always have a great experience with this brand and I know my friends and family love the gifts I got them as well!

    love the custom paint by numbers kits from loris paint. my daughter got me these kits for christmas and it has been my favorite gift so far. It is so thoughtful and fun to do. i love it!!

    Still waiting on my order. It's been over three weeks. I'm pretty sure this is a scam. Phone number doesn't work and they shut down their Facebook and Instagram.

    Hi Corey, we blocked you on instagram and facebook because you kept threatening our staff and employees. On 12/26 you threatened to show up at our office. If you did not want to get blocked on social media, you should not have threatened our staff. We will not be unblocking you and you will be banned from future purchases at our store.

    Just a heads up they are not helpful at all! They Take forever to get to you. I am still waiting on an order from November 26th and it’s now December 26th. They also take forever to get back to you with their customer service email or instagram. I would highly recommend to go somewhere else.

    Update dec 27th. They have blocked me on Instagram after I told them their response on Instagram was terrible. Go somewhere else do not buy from these people. They are a scam

    hello mitch, you were blocked on instagram and facebook because you kept harrassing our staff, posting unnecessary comments, and making derogatory, and racist remarks towards our staff and other customers of ours. We will not be unbanning you from our social media accounts, as we have zero tolerance for the type of behavior you showed.

We do not have any emails or orders from [email protected] and have never communicated with this individual in the past.
