    I ordered a personalized necklace on 9/22/2024. On 9/25/2024 I received an email saying my item had shipped. I was sent a tracking number. When I tracked the package it says a label was printed and usps awaiting the item. It is 10/4/2024 and the usps is still waiting for the item. I reached out to Myka several times and they just keep saying be patient the tracking number will be updated soon. I requested a full refund of $70.20 because I believe I will never receive my order.

    I ordered a braided brown leather bracelet with gold platings for my husband for father’s day. I sized his wrist and ordered the correct size. When it came, he could not get it on. The quality us awful as well and not worth $200.

    They emailed me back saying they would send a larger bracelet. The replacement bracelet came with NO GOLD PLATINGS with his children’s names. They LIED and told me I could just put the other platings on the new bracelet.

    Cone to find out YOU CANNOT PUT THE “gold” plated names on the new bracelet without CUTTING APART or BREAKING THE bracelet first. Then it would be ruined. He doesn’t even wear it and I wasted my money on a trash gift.

    Definitely want my money back.

    I purchased the "Personalized 14K Gold Carrie 16" Name Necklace" from MYKA Jewelry on Friday August 19th '22. The necklace has a twist chain, which is very delicate. It arrived to me with only one side of the necklace twisty, but I loved it anyway and chose to keep it.

    After months of the one side tangling to the point where it laid visibly shorter and crooked on my neck, I reached out to MYKA customer service in order to have the chain repaired. I was told by one of their customer service agents that the necklace could in fact be replaced.

    I was told I'd receive a prepaid shipping label so I could send the necklace in to MYKA to be replaced. 5 days went by and no shipping label from them. I then submitted a second inquiry, where a representative finally sent me the prepaid label. I then sent photos of the package for posterity, and waited a few days for them to receive the package and let me know when it would be repaired/replaced. 9 days later I got an email from another MYKA representative saying that they would not in fact be replacing the entire necklace, but they would replaced the twist chain with a cable chain, and they gave me a 30% off coupon to use in the future.

    I was upset since this wasn't what was discussed in the correspondences, so I asked if the necklace could be sent back to me. Another MYKA agent said no, they cannot mail back my original necklace due to store policy. They also refuse a refund since I made the purchase last year. I understand they have a policy, but I also sent my necklace back under the guise of it getting replaced with what I originally paid for, and I'm not getting a replacement that is suitable to the price of what I originally ordered, nor can I simply receive the original necklace back. Had I known they didn't have twist chains available I'd have gone elsewhere. I feel like they made a mistake and I'm the one having to pay for it. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I just want my necklace

    03/07/2023 I placed on online order for 2 pieces of jewelry from MYKA personalized jewelry. One item was a personalized rose gold chain and pendant with the names Domingo and Shannon (cost $185.25). The other item was a silver chain and pendant (cost $28.00). I received the the silver pendant on 03/16/23 but not the rose gold pendant. Total amount paid $256.78

    Order ID:514052980. I have sent two emails to this company for resolution on 03/16/23 and 03/17/23 and there has been no response. At this point I no longer want the item due to terrible customer service and Not receiving the item on the estimated date. I would just like a full refund for the rose gold heart pendant. Thank you in advance for your help.
