  RSG has taken our Collection efforts to a new level. Accounts that we thought were hopeless, they have resolved. They are great partners to have, are very communicative and keep us up to date on the status of our accounts. New accounts we send them are jumped on immediately. We are thankful to have them as part of our team.

  We’ve had a great experience working with RSG Collections, and a big part of that is thanks to April. She’s been incredibly professional, responsive, and easy to work with, keeping us in the loop and making the process feel manageable.
  
  April takes the time to understand each case and communicates clearly about next steps. We've been able to collect on several overdue invoices that we thought might be lost causes, and she’s handled everything with a strong balance of persistence and professionalism.

  Our company, Deep Water Emergency Services, Inc. (corporate office in Colorado), has been working with RSG for over a year and a half, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional.

  RSG is an amazing company to work with. Director, Brandon Sharpe and his team of professionals are very knowledgeable and friendly. He stays in constant contact with our company with updates and advice with our accounts. I highly recommend RSG for your collection needs! We have been working with them for over a year now and they have been able to collect on accounts that were fairly aged as well for us.
