I recently had the pleasure of working with ***** * and client services and I can't say enough good things about her. With her background and collections, she really knows how to handle sensitive situations with grace. What stood out to me the most was how understanding and dependable she is. Whenever issues came up, she worked with me to find humane solutions showing real compassion throughout the process. It made a challenging experience. Feel much easier, just knowing I asked someone like her on my side. If you ever get a chance to work with *****, you won't regret it. She's truly amazing!

We made one email to RSG Group and they got back to me the same day here in Hawaii. Paperwork sent and money collected in 2 days. Fastest and best collection services every experienced and will definitely refer and us RSG for the future.
