    I had a tire plugged yesterday, 4 September 2024, at this business, To my surprise the tech said that I had 2 wheel bolts that needed replaced, that they were unsafe. And that it would be $30.00 extra dollars. On my bill statement it says that I was charged for 5 bolts ($33.60) so I don't know if I got all 5 bolts put on or just 2. I asked how they go bad, answer was that they are made cheap and in time need to be replaced. But I had my tires (all 4) replaced there in August of 2023. I purchased the car in 2020, Jeep, Renegade) so I had the original tires on there. This was COVID time and we did not travel at all so the mileage was very limited. It may had been maybe one time for the tires to be rotated until I replaced them.
    The original tech that replaced my tires was off and we could not ask him if they were starting to go bad when he changed the tires. Instead of giving me a break I had to pay for all 5 bolts and don't know if all 5 were installed or not. Most places would have given me a discount knowing that the last time anyone touched my tires were their shop.
