      If I could give a negative 10 (-10) as a rating for the experience with this place I would. I am so extremely perturbed at the lack of professionalism, overbearing incompetence of the staff and lack of common courtesy of this entire outfit.

      I have been a member of American Spirit Federal Credit Union, Dover branch since 2004 and I have never experienced such disrespect and unprofessionalism.

      I will be closing my personal account with this outfit and kinda forced to keep my business account because it would negatively affect me to close this account.

      American Spirit Federal Credit Union is in need of a total rehaul, training, new staff and perhaps additional training. I am appalled at the direction the service has taken at all of the branches but particularly, the Dover Branch.

      I have reached out the CEO for an immediate response and asked that the staff is reprimanded for their lack of service.

      My account was hacked two times in 90 days with the last fraudulent activity taken place on December 17, 2022. I went to the Dover branch on Monday, December 19, 2022 and Mr. Vincent Briscoe was to expedite the request for a replacement debit card.

      Today is December 29, 2022, I have been back to the bank six times to check on status of the return of my funds in addition to the replacement card but no one has the competency to service my account. As a result, I still do not have a debit card nor did anyone take the time to track the UPS delivery of the expedited card.

      I have reached out the CEO of American Spirit Credit Union to share this most horrendous experience with the bank.

      If they can not find competent staff, the Dover branch should be closed down for business as the staff is a disservice to our community. Mr. Vincent Briscoe is not deserving of this position and I would boycott this branch if my time allowed.

      I am looking forward to an immediate response from a competent member of the team.
