      Rise PT of Newark DE was the worse physical therapy establishment I ever attended. I kept being told (with only 3 or 4 visits) that I was healing nicely because the noise in my wrist wasn't there. Of course after icing, heating, and exercising the clicking noise is gone. Shortly after it comes back. With only a total of 7 visits there was no last checkup exam to determine further need. I had my last visit on 9/27/2022 and paid the final bill in full. Now in September 2023 I'm receiving a bill for $140.00. I called the accounting department, never received a call back. Called again the next day spoke with the first who couldn't help. Spoke with the second person who was horrific and I asked for a manager. She told me the manager was on a call and took my number, no one ever called me back. I would not recommend anyone ever going to this place.
