      This place is a racket. You pay your copay and are told no more charges are due then your slapped with another 100.00 bill. You never see what and why your being charged. No one from the office ever calls you with your billing questions

      This company is a joke. I received a bill even before I met with them, I called to cancel my appointment because unfortunately had COVID and they don't want to cancel my appointment, I truly feel they are regripping off people for easy money, they should be shamed of themselves.

      Never able to get supplies. This company is a joke. I've had the run around between them and the mickey mouse insurance company. One says they send the information off.. the other says they never got it. Over and over... I've had this device for 9 months and have never got supplies.

      Trying to call them IS A NIGHTMARE!! Press 1, press 2.. press 1, press 2... How about you answer a god damn phone?!

      I disagreed with a billing. I called the business office. She took the information, said that they would do an investigation, and would let me know the findings. I never received that call. Instead I continued to received the same bill. Each time, I called and left a message. No return phone calls. I finally left a message that I was going to contact the BBB. I got a return call, saying that were investigating. I raises this concern in November, and it is now July. Have they even started their investigation? But I got another bill. I stopped dealing with them because they were so disorganized. And it just continues!
