    In SEPTEMBER 2022 I STARTED TO RECEIVE BILLS FROM A COLLECTION AGENCY, THE NAME IS WATERFALL REVENUE GROUP. I RECEVIED A TOTAL OF 17 BILLS ONE BILL WAS FROM JAN-7-2019. 12 BILLS WERE THRU-OUT THE YEAR OF 2020 STARTING AT JAN-7-2020 TO NOVEMBER-9-2020. FOUR BILLS WERE FROM APRIL 2021 TO OCTOBER-2021. ALL THE BILLS WERE FOR SERVICES RENDERED BY DELAWARE CARDIOVASCULAR ASSOCIATES. There was no explanation from Delaware Cardiovascular Associates about these bills AND WHY I WAS GETTING BILLS THAT ARE AS FAR BACK AS THREE YEARS. I TRYED CALLING THE OFFICE MANAGEMENT SEVERAL TIMES AND JUST GOT VOICE MAIL THAT THE MAILBOX WAS FULL AND UNABLE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. AFTER SPENDING 2 TO THREE DAYS RESERCHING MY BANK AND INSURANCE COMPANY TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. I HAD TO GO TO THE OFFICE TO TALK TO A MANAGER TO ASK QUESTIONS. AS IT TURNS OUT ALL THE BILLS, THEY SAID I OWED I WAS NEVER BILLED FOR. DELAWARE CARDIOVASCULAR ASSOCIATES NEVER BILLED ME. I DO NOT DISBUTE THAT I MIGHT OWE SOME OF THESE BILLS AND HAVE BEEN RESERCHING WITH MY BANK AND MEDICAL INSURANCE COMPANIES. DELAWARE CARDIOVASCULAR ASSOCIATES SAID I HAD A YEAR TO PAY OFF, BUT THE COLLECTION AGENCY SAID I ONLY HAVE UNTIL JAN- 23-2023. THE WAY THIS WAS HANDELED BY DELAWARE CARDIOVASCULAR ASSOCIATES IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ALSO, I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS BEEN VICTIMIZED BY THE BILLING ISSUE. THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER PATIENTS WHO ARE GOING THRU THE SAME THING. WE AS CARDIAC PATIENTS DO NOT NEED THE STRESS CAUSED BY A POORLY RUN BILLING DEPT.
