      Such caring, attentive and comforting staff and funeral facilities. The funeral home is comfortable like a home and the funeral director and his staff were very accommodating to my requests when I lost my husband suddenly in August 2021. I felt so supported while I was going through the worst time of my life. The funeral director was extremely kind and patient in helping me make all the arrangements. I have handled arrangements for my parents and husband's parents and have never felt so grateful for the support offered to me by Mr. Bishop and his staff. I was so impressed that I went back 6 months later and made my own funeral arrangements identical to my husband's to save my family from the task. I have comfort in knowing that my family will be well taken care of by Bishop Hastings Funeral Home.

      We were at this funeral home in Delaware for two services recently. One for our friend’s mother from Berlin, MD and another for a friend from Ocean City, MD. The facility was very clean and modern with a lot of off street parking. The funeral directors and staff were very helpful and courteous. One was a funeral service and the other was a memorial service as her wishes were to be cremated. I would definitely recommend this funeral home and cremation service for anyone looking for a family owned business with a lot of attention to detail. I thought everything was set up very nice for the service.
