I made a payment of over $1000 on my account. It has been a week and the funds have cleared my personal bank two days ago, however they will not reflect it on my account. I’ve made two phone calls and spoken with a supervisor, to no avail. I will be cancelling this account when I pay this off next month due to these practices.

As I am trying to pay my balance down. I pay the monthly minimum automatically, and when I can pay additional funds.
For the last few months the bank will not take the automatic payment I have scheduled, resulting in my account being overdraft. I called the bank to inquired about why my automatic payment was not processed, the person on the phone called my a liar as he stated that the automatic payment was not set up, I stated that was incorrect, he then said that the reason was that I made additional payment and that made the following payment due and so no payment was due in the account. In essence allocating my extra payment funds to a future payment due, this practice is illegal as the bank is not allowing my extra payment to pay down my principal balance. He was Rude and stated that If I did not like it to pay the full amount due. I had to hang up. He was Rude and diminishing to my person, I felt attacked. All because I was trying to pay down my balance. Please review all your statements carefully!!!

Chase closed BOTH of my accounts while I was out of the country due to “excessive disputes” — however, all my disputes were deemed VALID so I’m not sure why they closed my account without any forewarning. Terrible customer service! I will NEVER open an account with Chase again and I suggest all customers be wary. I was with Chase over 10 years and apparently loyal customers like myself are disposable. I was paying close to $600 annual fee to have a Chase credit card in the first place. Thank you!

Applied for a 0% APR cash advance with my Chase Credit card. After applying I have been told that I am to pay interest on all new purchases on the card, regardless of whether I'm paying my statement balance off. There is no such thing as an interest saving balance. Either I don't use the card or I pay the whole thing off or I pay interest. They were very vague about this when I called, with 2 agents having no idea what they were talking about. Then they said 'it's in the fine print' which I can't find and neither can two of their agents apparently. Please beware.

I am a single female and applied to refinance a mortgage after a divorce, for 45 days I have given everything they have needed to get my loan processed. I have excellent credit I make decent money. They keep saying that my 2nd mortgage was paid 30 days late and I have supplied document after document from the institute that holds my second mortgage that they have never reported a late payment and when I have asked Chase to supply this information they have received they won't give me the statement. I take pride in paying my bills and feel personally attacked. I feel discriminated against as a women. I would never recommend them for anything.

I've been a customer with Chase for 16 months, opening a credit account with them in October 2024, with a reasonable credit limit. Over those 16 months, I have made timely payments (most of which have been earlier than the due date) and have normally paid well over my minimum monthly due. Today, I received a notification that my credit limit had been reduced by 77% since, according to the credit report that they pulled without my knowledge, that my "credit usage was high" and that I apparently have a "history of low payments relative to balances." It is beyond reason that when I was issued the card, my credit score was actually 14 points lower than I have right now! Regardless of how many open accounts one might have, or what each account is owed, credit agencies roll those markers of credit worthiness (among others) into your overall score. None of my other creditors have taken this action, an action that in and of itself lowers my credit score due to the reflection of a decreased credit limit amount that is now posted on my credit report. Apparently, Chase's ideal customer is one who makes minimum payments, maybe even late ones that inflict fees, and keeps carrying high balances. However, if make timely (or early) payments, and pay higher amounts than the minimum monthly payment (to offset the interest on the remaining balance), they have a team that reduces your credit limit and negatively affects your creditworthiness. I highly recommend skipping use of this bank or their credit card.

Had my card compromised twice in 60 days. Both agents were nice but both times I had issues getting new cards. First time they forgot to process them and the second time they only sent one card and not the other attached to the account. They don't seem to follow any process and seem not to be held to a consistent high standard.

Problems last few months on how long Chase takes to process payments. Since October of 2024, it has taken several weeks up to a month for this company to process my payments. I sent a payment the same day as I received the statement this month & it's now been 2 1/2 weeks since payment but not credited to my account. Getting no reason from Chase other than it's the post office which is untrue as another company received a payment from me which was mailed the same day. Very frustrated

They sent me credit card spam as they do, but when I looked into opting out, I could only do so by calling a toll free number
The bot immediately asks for your social security number and doesn't inform you of an option to decline. After pressing 0 over and over again, eventually it asks for your birthday, address, name, how to spell your name, and zip code. Then informs you that to permanently remove your name from the marketing list, they will mail you a form that you have to fill out.
At the very end it directs you to a website www.optout.prescreen.com, which isn't mentioned anywhere on the letter.
      Also, the website is broken.
This is by far one of the scammiest marketing techniques

this thieves have made my minimum payment go up each month instead of reducing it. I've never been late on payment. Each payment are all interest, very little goes to principal. Plainly CORRUPT
