      They lie to account owners when they put a hold on your account.
      I made a substantial payment on my new account well before any due date was assigned. They then put a hold on my account. They debited the payment from my bank, posted it to my account, and froze my account. I talked to support and was told a date that it would be released. It was a new account so I waited patiently for the date provided. Well that day came and it was still locked. I called again and was told it would be the following morning and again I waited patiently. Of course they were wrong so I had to call again, and again was told it would be the next day. Overall the perks that we would have received from this card are definitely not worth the hassle or nonsense that I am receiving from their support. Telling me there is not a supervisor to transfer me to. I work in customer service and know that there is ALWAYS a supervisor above the peon that talks on the phone. In wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone even a vagrant on the street is honest with you, so why won’t a company who needs me more than I need them be honest to the account owner.

      I am writing to warn people not to use the Chase Sapphire Credit Card for flights. You have to make any and all changes through the Chase Sapphire Rewards line and they are SO incredibly unhelpful and incompetent. I have spent hours on hold with them and they never solve the problem they caused (they never followed through on cancelling a flight even though I called them to cancel it) and I have lost $660 dollars. Just a fair warning that their help line seems to be a scam - they'll place you on hold for hours and then "drop the call" and never call you back (this has happened consistently). I am so disappointed in what I thought would be a reliable, trustworthy credit card and banking experience.

      Chase seems to have their own definition of “travel expenses” for which they are willing to give their $300 cash back as per their promotional Safire Preferred Card holder accounts terms. Apparently it doesn’t apply to normal travel expenses such as fuel and dining….. their customer not-good-service supervisor had the gall to tell me that there was no one to escalate the matter with and that she was finished with my concern despite it being unresolved. Better to use a different card offer!

      Chase Ink credit card has the worst customer services. I had a business name Atlys that scammed me in $800 and didn’t provide the services was offered. I filed a dispute with Chase Ink and even provided email correspondence with Atlys and it showed that they didn’t provide the services and told me in the email that they will refund me the $800 less 3%. Even so, Chase Ink decided to stand with Atlys and denied my dispute. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!! Never in this life time I would pay for services I didn’t get.

      After making regular on-time monthly payments on an account we closed. In July 2022, we paid the account in full and had a ZERO balance. The middle of September we received a past due notice saying we owed over $100. When I called, I was told that, yes we paid in full and they acknowledge that we had a zero balance however, they tacked on “residual interest” because we “paid a larger payment then normal” and they tacked on a late fee. Basically, they are trying penalize us for paying our account off and are trying sponge more money from us which we refuse to pay and told them so. We are now even more glad we closed the account and went elsewhere. If this is how they do business….they don’t need my business. Beware.

      I got a British Airways Chase card a couple of years ago. One of the perks was I received 10% off flights when I buy flights from BA. I have bought over 10K in flight and not once have I been able to get that 10% off-site not working. I have called Chase and BA so many times - All they do is pass the buck to each other. No one wants to take responsibility for it. I pay 95$ fee for this card so I can get the perks. Chase and BA are such a Joke.! Lost me as a customer and will try to let as many people know how they don't take care of customers.

      Chase also decreases credit limits without notifying their customer first. How can I feel comfortable taking the card on vacation? if they can do that. WILL NOT FLY BA OR USE CHASE CC AGAIN.

      I can't customer service to help me with my problem. I needed a letter for a mortgage stating the amount of my last payment and my new balance. I got a letter with just the payment and not the remaining balance. I called again the next day and waited 24 hours and got a letter with the balance and not the payment information. Now I've called and written several times asking them if they would actually follow my request and write both in the same letter and they are refusing to give me the letter via secure documents in my account (as they did before) and it will take 7-14 days to receive the letter via U.S. mail. It's just a customer service nightmare...as if they are just trying to antagonize me.

      I've been requesting a creit back to my account for over a year. The employees are trained to lie. They're not even polite they even handed the phone at me. I had spoke to many supervisors they transfer me from one Department to another without no results they say that I will be getting the check from 5 to 10 business days and They never send anything I am tired of this situation I hope the BBB Department can do something for me. Don't trust this company they're trained to lie to customers like us.

      Worst experience EVER!!I signed up for a United Explorer Mileage Plus credit card 3 months ago. Chase promised 70,000 bonus miles once I charged and paid for $3,000 in purchases. 3 months and over 4 hours of dealing with their customer service, I still do not have the bonus miles. They input an incorrect mileage plus number on my card. I called right away to have it changed and was assured it was taken care of. One month later, it was still not corrected. Called again, got the same surprise about the wrong mileage plus number and assurance it would be taken care of. One month later, still unresolved. Called again, waiting over 30 minutes on hold. Sent to supervisor who listened to my grievance and then contacted mileage plus. In talking to the United rep she once again gave the incorrect number to them!!
      I asked for compensation for all the grief I had been through and she told me Chase was unable to do anything. What a joke!! Now I have to wait another month to see if they get it right. No travels for me...

      Chase credit card services is a joke. I had an issue with fraud on my primary bank account and the account was frozen. my payment came out and bounced and within 4 days they did a reconsideration" on my credit. The person I spoke to said it was random and they did a soft pull to do that re-consideration. Not sure whose credit they used to do this so-called re-consideration but it sure wasn't mine. When I spoke to them about this the first person was nasty and said " well it's your information so yes it is" and when I asked for a supervisor he stated "gladly" The supervisor Jasmine, was nastier than him. She repeatedly spoke over me and dismissed my concern repeatedly. When I said I will contacting the vendor to report how poorly I've been treated she hung up on me. I called back and was promised new a supervisor and was then put on hold for a substantial amount of time and then again they hung up on me. Chase is by far the rudest and nastiest group of people I've ever done business with. Instead of caring about their customers they purposely burn bridges and create animosity. This is the 2nd major issue I've had with Chase. Neither time was my concern resolved or even considered. Jasmine, the supervisor, I spoke with should be immediately terminated for her inability to resolve escalated calls and even remain professional. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Do not open an account with them. EVER!!
