      The dispute department for chase credit cards is the worst. I filed a dispute on time and submitted evidence about a fraudulent transaction, and according to them, I had agreed to the transaction. Then I pointed at the evidence and stated that it was filed out of the timeline requirement. This was not true because I filed the dispute within a few weeks after the incident and provided the evidence. They didn't care. I even talked to a supervisor, and I told them, well then, I'm going to cancel my credit card, and she said, " Okay, we can transfer you to do that right now. VERY DISAPPOINTING. This bank does not protect its clients and only cares about the profits from every transaction.
