Contacted Debt collector asked for proof of the alleged debt specifically the alleged original application bearing my signature they have not been able to provide such proof to me therefore you are reporting misleading false account.

Contacted business on 9/28/22 regarding being involved in a category 4 hurricane. Was advised by supervisor that research was going to be done as prior exceptions were done due to myself having covid.
Surprisingly enough I havent received a call back and am in danger of being reported 30 days delinquent in both cards.
Plus was told they arent interested in retaining my 6 year relationship if I WERE To choose to sever my ties with themBusiness Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my issue. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This response from the Devoid of empathy Customer Relations Department is a prime example of why this company has so many complaints lodged against them. In short, Customer Relations doesn't seem to want to do anything to actually assist the cardholder without deferring.***The formal reason I am rejecting their response is not cause the matter isn't resolved, it is to have on record that this organization has very lackluster representatives whom are devoid of professionalism, empathy, and basic common decency. Now, by saying this, I am not being discourteous or unprofessional as I am moreso stating my perception of how I view their response.

Good afternoon,
I have automatic payment set up on my credit card account. My statement from the month of July showed a balance to be paid of $118.05. Per automatic payment, on my next statement of July, it shows payment made and no forwarded balance. The balance for august My statement from September now shows the $118.05 as a adjusted balance from a previous statement, along with interest charges. After many back and forths,
1 person told me I had insufficient funds - which was a lie ( and also confirmed by the bank ) another advise the money was take on the 8th but return on 8/15 by the bank. after speaking to the bank they have no record of payment being removed and returned or insufficient funds. The bank advised the only thing that would stop the payment was a stop payment by me, or the business seeking payment canceled the payment. The Bank confirmed no stop payment was placed in their system.
There seems to be a technical error on their end where they cant find why their system canceled payment and also shows payment paid until 2 months later, but refuse to interest charge. The waiver of late fee was a "favor" to me. I use automatic payment to avoid these issues and no one has wanted to rectify this wrong. This was handled improperly and did not know of this issue until it was on my statement balance with fees. I don't know how for 2 months they see something paid and then silently charge fees when they simply could have tried to make the payment or advised me. This is an attempt to just take whatever they can with false charges.Business Response

The actions stated in their response have not been applied. The response was written on 9/23. They have not applied the interest removal and removing the late marks on my account both on their website and to the credit bureau. Once this is done, I am willing to close the case

this is not really a complaint but i have had the Cerulean for several months and now the surge card and neither is reporting to the Equifax, Transunion or Experian is there something i can do to speed up this process i really could use the credit limit and sice i payed it off a few times i think it could really help my scores. If i have sent this to the wrong plat form i apologize im not really good at this type stuff. i recently lost my Mom on Feb28th and she was amazing and helped me with everything and now I'm having to grow up and its not as fun without mom here to Help it actually stinks can you help me pleaseBusiness Response

My VERVE Platinum Mastercard credit card - issued by The Continental Finance Company through the Bank of Missouri - was hacked and stolen. $186 of fraudulent transactions were charged to my account in the state of New Jersey. My account had a $0 balance for months before - as I have not used this card in a while. I called within 2 days to report the card as stolen and was told it would be taken care of. I never lost the card, it is and always has been in my possession - my account was hacked. The original credit card account was canceled and I was issued a new card with a new account, but the $186 remained. I called again and they said they would confirm with the Fraud Department and not to worry. My account was then reported late and charged on late fee on the new account with $186 that I did not charge. I called again to complain and was told their systems were down and I had to call them back later. I called again and they said they would alert the fraud department and it would be fixed in 2 days. It has been over 2 days and the account is still reported late, with a fee (which I was told would be removed) on fraudulent charges - that I reported as not mine. It is now over 45 days since I reported my card stolen, and the charges are still on my account as past due with a late fee. I cannot get this resolved through the credit card company, I have disputed this account through all 3 credit agencies and I find the customer service from this bank to be horrible. Nobody answers the phone except in India - and my account was hacked - not lost. The bank is unable or unwilling to fix my account to reflect the fraud they allowed to happen - and I have now spent hours trying to fix an issue I did not create. I want my account updated to show a $0 balance with no late payments or fees immediately.Business Response

My credit card was paid off in full and not used in a long time and apparently suddenly was maxed out because Experian alerts let me know. I signed into my account and realized that it has been stolen and used and maxed out. I immediately called and requested the card be closed, they said they’re doing an investigation but they will not take the balance off of my card and in fact have requested I make the minimum payments on the balance, that is not mine! I’m not doing that and this is ruining my credit, do not get this card! The person who stole my cc name is ***** ******** it said on the charges on my statement. I have called and left five different voicemail stating my phone number is 717-696-0696 and that my name is ******* ******** and my address and all of the information that they would need to call me back I even left my statement as to what happened They can’t possibly say that they can’t get a hold of me I keep leaving them for a minute voicemails and after four minutes it cuts off
