      Hi, my name is christopher reed I had a hard time putting this cards app onto my phone, it kep rejecting the username and the password i created this lasted for 2 weeks i was highly upset, so i haven't used the card as of yet..... **** So my experience with this card so far since i haven't been able to put the mobile app on i got to give this a 1 start rating because it should have not been that difficult.... **** And then the fact that it was difficult, it was easy to do, but it kept on rejecting me.... **** And when i tried again, it just kept on rejected me sending me in a circle.... **** That was frustrating.... **** Who wants to be dealing with that? **** So i finally called the number on the back of the card i spoke to two different agents they both helped me a great deal. The second one more, so the first one, because the first one, he had to transfer the call to the second one .... ****
      So I was happy about that.... **** Thank you!

      I am writing to share my experience regarding the customer service I received on June 19, which led me to leave a three-star review for your company.

      On that day, I contacted your customer service line a total of six times to inquire about my credit card, for two separate issues, one being my payment hadn’t posted as I was traveling out of state for a bowling tournament in Las Vegas, Nevada. The next was that ,Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered that I I had left the actual card in Florida. However, I had it loaded on my Apple wallet, but then realized I could’t use my card at the hotel casino where I was staying. This crucial information was never communicated to me during any of my six calls. I specifically expressed my need for the card to be unlocked for travel, yet I was not informed that I would need prior approval to add my card to my Apple Wallet.

      While I appreciate the professionalism of the representative I spoke to, which contributed to my three-star rating, I cannot give a full five stars due to a lack of comprehensive information during my initial inquiries. Having a backup card from Capital One was a relief, but I greatly wish I had been better informed by your representatives to avoid this issue.

      It is terribly disrespectful to send Excellent US Customers to a foreign customer service call center ! They speak poor English at Best and their understanding of the English Language is even worse . This is a waste of my time and it is a waste of the Bank’s Money ! The Bank is paying a call center for results and they get no results and an unhappy customer. This does not save the bank money . It costs the Bank more money in the long run and jeopardizes a Good Customer of the Bank . Stop it ! It makes me now not want to the My Cerulean Card opposed to using my Chase or my Goldman Sachs Master Card .
