Cerulean credit card is the worst card ever. I paid my bill on May 31th and my funds still haven't been put on my card. Everyday I call it's something different. I've been told by 4 different customers service reps my funds would be available on the 6, 7, 8 and now they are saying the 9th. Nothing but a bunch of running around. I don't recommend anyone to get this card.Continental Finance Company, LLC
