      I am writing to formally address a series of troubling issues I have encountered at Gentle Touch Dentistry in Wilmington, DE that have yet to be resolved despite my repeated attempts to reach out for clarification and assistance. As a patient parent who once valued the services provided by this practice, I am extremely disappointed by the recent unprofessional conduct and lack of communication.

      1. Unauthorized Charge:
      I noticed an unauthorized charge of $1,600 made to my debit card. This charge was processed for a service that had already been paid for in full, which is not only unacceptable.

      2. Cancellations and Lack of Communication:
      Additionally, I had several appointments scheduled for "ortho cove" that were canceled without prior notice. When I attempted to seek clarification, I was informed that there was no available provider due to the abrupt departure of the previous orthopedic provider. I am deeply dissatisfied with the complete lack of communication from the practice regarding this matter.

      3. Failure to Address Concerns:
      I have reached out several times via phone and email, but my messages have gone unanswered, or I was just given a bunch of lies. The continued lack of communication and action is extremely concerning and unprofessional. It is unacceptable to be disregarded in this manner after being a loyal patient.

      This office used to be a great practice. Now it has changed for the absolute worst. There is no one in this office to address major concerns. ***** is who they tell me I should speak with; however, ***** does not return calls or emails. I looking to take my concerns to a higher authority level.
