Such rate may be updated by us from time to time and will be effective when published on Prison Connect. Your billing cycle starts on the day your local line is assigned to your account. Subscriber agrees that all payments will be made to us via a valid credit or debit card, including MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- We offer the full refund for the last month of service should you be unsatisfied with our service for any reason. The refund must be requested within 30 days from the end of the billing cycle.
