    Unscrupulous practices

Firstfly Travel LLC" which represents itself as Aeromexico Airlines but is simply a third party agent which charged me an inflated ticket cost.

(if indeed there are even actual tickets generated - there are many reviews indicating this is an unscrupulous company, overcharging and misleading clients. Impersonating various airlines.

They use Google algorithm to be the first place to call when you look up for an airline phone number. I didn’t pay much attention and somehow I ended up on the phone with this company rather than the legitimate airline helpdesk, through a sponsored ad that was dressed up to look like the airline.

When I saw the reference to "Firstfly Travel LLC" in the email request to authorize the payment, I realized the mistake after the agent rushed me to look at the names and click the green button. a VERY expensive mistake. I was quoted $1100 for a round ticket and eas charged $3700 plus.

I asked to speak to a supervisor who mocked me insulting me, calling me names and had been harassed and threatened

I called Aeroméxico who said they had been advised and are doing everything to help, this company is misrepresenting them and scamming people.

Aeromexico assured me they didn’t complete the transaction and most likely I would have ended up without seats.

Please do anything you can to stop this unscrupulous company to continue to mislead and rob others

As attached, KLM acknowledge that $988.00 which was charged by their contractor First fly Travel LLC for the ticket change on June 26, 2022, was not used. KLM stated that the contracting agency needs to issues the refund to which they are still holding. Please reach out to First fly Travel LLC and have them release the refund back to my credit card as promised. It has been 2 months.

    Thank you

I am a male senior citizen and currently 63 years of age. I have never traveled overseas and wanted to visit the Philippines. Through review, I wanted to book business class airline tickets using a five star airline. I decided to use Qatar Airlines. I thought I was calling Qatar Airlines directly to book my tickets. However, my phone call was to a travel agency located in Wilmington, Delaware using a company name as First Fly Travel. The travel agent (********) I spoke to was very courteous and polite. I explained to ********, I have never traveled overseas and wanted the travel agency to handle all booking matters such as electronic boarding pass and seat assignment. The agent said no problem. ******** said I would receive confirmation from First Fly Travel via text and email. Well the day arrived for my booking reservations (Booking Reference No. 4DMN5O). No response from the travel agent. I called repeatedly and left voice mail messages 24 hours before my Qatar Airline flights. No travel agent answered the phone. There website promises 24 hour contact. I had to make arrangements for the boarding pass and seat assignments in person at the airline ticketing office. When I received the credit card statement , I noticed there was an additional $2,599.93 fee charged to my credit card. At the time of my booking I asked if the travel agent could arrange a hotel. When the credit card statement arrived, I was charged an additional $415.00 for them booking a hotel through Expedia.com. I am asking Better Business Bureau for help in issuing a full refund of these absorbent charges of $3,014.93 from First Fly Travel. Their website promises the following; “your excursion to be the best”. However, I feel like I was scammed in paying absorbent fees. Knowing what I know now; It’s better to go directly to the airlines when booking flight reservations and contact hotels directly for reservations. I will never use First Fly Travel again.
