  Paid a lot of money to have the inside of my house painted earlier this year. All rooms, walls, closets and trim with 2 coats each room. They missed 2 closets and had to come back. Also only did one coat on most rooms even though they said they did 2. I know this cause you can see the spots they missed while painting the rooms. They came out a second time to fix them. Still finding areas that were missed. My walls look awful with paint drips down the walls. When I brought it to the managers attention she said it’s not the paint it’s the old walls. Didn’t look like that before they started. They scratched my kitchen floor then told me it was me that scratched it. They came out brought me some liquid stuff telling me to use it and the scratches will go away. In other words fix it yourself. I was not happy with that and it didn’t fix it. They said they would replace the floor with some left over flooring I had in my garage. Everyone they sent out said the whole floor needed to be replaced. After 4 months of going back and forth they sent me a check to replace my floor. They had to come out a 3rd time to fix my bathroom due to a lot of missed spots. There is actually a lot more and I do have pictures. They did an awful job. Splattered paint on the floors not cleaned up. Wall paint on the trim that was never painted. I was so disappointed since I used Certapro about 10 years ago and did an excellent job. It was a different owner at that time.

  Totally pleased with my freshly painted living room, kitchen, hall and bedroom, the painters were prompt, courteous, and pleasant to work with, thank you Certa Pro will definitely use again and recommend you to others

  My garage was in bad shape with seam tape coming off everywhere. CertaPro Painters did a terrific job repairing and painting my garage. They came early and finished the job on time and were efficient. Cleaned up and left me with a clean, freshly painted garage that I can be proud of. Would definitely use them again -

  The project entailed a full exterior home and shed painting of vinyl siding, shutters, gutters, drain spouts and wood railing. The sales associate, Mark Barrentine explained the expectations and process completely. An array of colours and selections are available to complement one's preference for the desired appearance. Maria Milton, Office Manager coordinated the schedule for the project effectively and took care of all the details. Communication was delivered by both e-mail and telephone. Mary, another office staff member assumed responsibility to answers concerns promptly and politely. An initial pressure washing of the structure removed debris assuring a clean application prior to painting. Three highly skilled employees of CertaPro were assigned to the task of painting the dwelling. In only three days, the transformation from a light to a custom dark shade was achieved with perfection. The crew worked diligently and stored their equipment nightly. Clean up occurred daily despite the long work days. My complements to the staff of CertaPro for providing a talented group of individuals to work with during this event. The quality and workmanship are evident in the detail. I recommend the services of CertaPro to all prospective clients who demand a stellar restoration of their business or home.

  Jeff Garvey and the workers were very professional,friendly,courteous and the finished work was very good. They were careful and cleaned up when they finished. The prices were reasonable. I know others who have used Certa Pro and feel the same as I do. I would highly recommend them.
